The order was not fulfilled properly, got wrong pizza. Server said she would credit it but didn't. Found white hair in our fettuccine Alfredo. There was white (limestone like) particules in all our glasses of water.
The decor is out dated & needs much refreshing.
I had gone more than 15 years ago & liked it then.
Went out for Valentines day. We have been here twice before. Food is always great. Service is slow & indifferent. This time was no different. The waiter was impossible to get over to our table. I finally had to wave both arms for several minutes to get his attention. The noise level was unbearable turning a pleasant evening with good food into a lesson in sign language as we could not hear a word each other said. The waiter could not hear us either & twice just rudely walked away without taking our orders. Again, the food was excellent but because of the very poor service & ridiculous noise level I cannot convince my wife to return. Too bad because I love the food there.
C'etait ma deuxième expérience dans ce resto. L'ambiance est bonne. Quand au service, il reste à désirer. Très très mauvais service. C'est extrèmment long! Les serveurs ne sont pas coutois & polis. Je suis très déçue de la nourriture aussi. Depuis quand un risotto se sert aldente! Je m'arrête là, pcq j'aurais autre remarques négatives. Vraiment decevant & dommage pcq le potentiel est là. Il faudrait vraiment que le proprio puisse avoir un meeting avec son staff.
Superbe ambiance festive à l'Italienne. Par contre au niveau service pas très bon dans notre cas. nous étions 6 & votre serveur âgé (qui travaille seulement une journée soit le samedi alors que c'est plein à craquer...) n'a pas eu la cote, extrêmement difficile à comprendre, ne note rien, sert une chose à la fois, ne déversait jamais la table, tout était très long sauf l'addition ! j'y retournerais mais je préciserais que je ne veux pas l'avoir comme serveur.

Celebrated our son's birthday with a small group of 4. Warm friendly service. Great food. Great ambiance. The music was a bit loud which made conversation difficult but this was the only negative. All in all a great evening.
Friday evening out with my wife. We wanted something away from the downtown core & were delighted to find this family style restaurant in a neighborhood. Excellent service, great food.
