J'ai pris le griot confit & c'était délicieux, longuement mijoté à la bière, avec une superbe fusion de saveurs européennes.

Une très belle découverte pour la famille. La nourriture était goûteuse remplie de saveur & d'épice. Nous avons pris l'assiette de Griot confit & le poulet des îles. C'était excellent, tendre & juteux. Je vais y retourner certain. Je vous le recommande! L'accueil était également très chaleureux. Merci de nous avoir fait voyager en Haïti. 😀
