we went for brunch.. & again, very slow service. more than 40mins waiting for food.. we had to ask someone if they forgot our food. the table behind us ordered much later than us but they got their food before us. When we got our food finally, the service person said there was a huge group table order before us. It was the exact same excuse from last time. I'm sorry but I don't think I trust this excuse anymore. Also no one came to check if our food was ok. getting the bill took another 10minutes. People from the hall always blame their kitchen but honestly as a customer, I don't care especially we hear the same excuse. Whoever runs this place needs to improve their system to be more efficient.

food is ok for the price, vibe is lively with big sunny windows. service is pretty slow though..

Attente de plus d'une heure pour une omelette. Commande faite à 11h10 & assiette reçue à 12h10. Malheureusement, ce problème semble récurrent après lecture des avis précédents. Le restaurant était au tiers plein. Très décevant.

On a reçu un très bon service du personnel, mais je dois avouer que nous avons attendu 40 min pour recevoir notre repas, ce que je trouve un peu long, surtout que le restaurant était seulement occupé au tiers. Mais c'était délicieux! Dimanche 12 juillet 10:10 l'heure de notre arrivée.

45 min d'attente pour des oeufs pas cuits. Il manquait le tiers des items dans l'assiette. Prix absolument exorbitant pour cette qualité. La tranche de jambon était plus petite que ma toast de pain pom. À évite

Great place for breakfast but the service is unreliable
Sometimes you wait forever, I mean forever for service & sometimes it's okay. They don't even bring you coffee right away so you could just be sitting there a long time without one.
We've ordered the'gluten free' meal which comes with gluten free toast, but ended up getting charged for it anyways. & twice too…. couldn't be bothered to mention it to them cuz we had already paid

Très déçu de la qualité de la nourriture. J'ai commandé un oeuf bénédictine sur croissant. C'est clairement pas un qui vient de la boulangerie, un truc que tu trouves au Costco/Métro. Pour la quantité que j'ai reçu, je m'attendais à de la qualité. Les fruits hors saison tel que le pamplemousse/cantaloupe quand en ce moment regorgent de fruits frais d'ici.

Malgré que les plats sont bons, l'attente est vraiment incroyable à chaque fois.
On devrait aviser les gens à la porte si cela prend plus d'une heure pour avoir un plat.
C'est malheureux qu'un resto de quartier en perde autant.
