Habituellement, j'aime cet endroit mais, malheureusement, un très mauvais service m'encourage à aller ailleurs. Quand le serveur (M. Boudreau…son nom était écrit sur son chandail) est presque offusqué quand je lui demande si je peux avoir mon bagel coupé & grillé. « Fallait le préciser! Je t'ai demandé si tu voulais un bagel tout nu! » m'a t-il répondu. Il était tellement désagréable que je n'ai pas osé lui demander un verre d'eau. J'ai mangé mon bagel sec, sans beurre, avec un potage & je suis allée prendre mon café ailleurs où le service à la clientèle est priorisé. Je précise que j'étais accompagnée & mon amie a eu droit au même service.

Bonne expérience à La Fabrique à Bagel.
J'ai adoré le bagel plein goût avec le fromage à la crème aux figues, vraiment délicieux. Le bagel déjeuner est correct & le café filtre fait bien le travail. Les produits sont de qualité, mais le côté un peu cher se fait sentir pour ce qui est offert.

Malgré tout, ça demeure une bonne option pour un déjeuner rapide à Granby.
