Bonjour,

À mon arrivée, on m'a annoncé 20 minutes d'attente. Lorsque j'ai demandé si ce délai était normal, la personne m'a répondu de façon agressive & non professionnelle. Ce n'est pas le temps d'attente qui me dérange, mais le manque de respect dans la façon de s'adresser aux clients.

Couldn't have been slower if she tried. Person in front of me had an order of two items I waited for ten minutes. Put things one by one away, no idea of what being efficient is. Dip was badly made & everything started leaking after 20 seconds, it got all over my clothes. If at least she had been nice or polite in any way.

Absolutely the best! Super cute location. The Staff was so informative & very friendly. The ice cream was delicious. The shop was clean & everyone in our group was very happy! A must try in Montreal!

Honestly…the whole experience was a 2/10. The employee was dreadful. No smile, no service à la clientele & it just felt like the last place she wanted to be was serving anyone. She was alone & very slow. It's a beautiful Saturday afternoon…why wasn't there more staff?

The wait was long, the terrace in the back was dirty & depressing. The front terrace had no parasols. It was also expensive, & the espresso dip didn't even taste like espresso 👎🏼
