J'y suis allé récemment & j'ai adoré. La crème glacée est tout simplement excellente, ultra crémeuse & savoureuse. On a l'embarras du choix avec une impressionnante variété de saveurs & de trempages qui donnent envie de tout goûter. Le service a été rapide & courtois. C'est l'endroit parfait pour une pause gourmande lors d'une chaude journée d'été. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Aujourd'hui, j'ai acheté dans ce café un frozen yogurt aux mûres. En le mangeant, nous avons senti quelque chose de très dur. Au début, nous avons pensé qu'il s'agissait peut-être de morceaux de fruits congelés, mais non : il y avait réellement de petits cailloux dans le frozen yogurt.

À cause de cela, une partie de ma dent s'est cassée. Je suis extrêmement déçue & choquée par cette situation, car cela représente un vrai problème de sécurité alimentaire.

J'aimerais savoir comment vous comptez régler cette situation & quelles démarches vous proposez pour compenser les dommages causés.

Busy on a Saturday at 7pm. They have several staff to help one group at a time. Can be a little slow only bc folks are figuring out what they're ordering. Staff is really patient & nice.

Blueberry frozen yogurt - 4 stars
Lemon lime slush with strawberry boba - didn't try but my kid enjoyed it. & they customized it by making a smaller cup for us. & adding gummy bears on top for my 5-year-old.
Soft serve - 4 stars

Love that they have hard chocolate shell option for the ice cream!

Très déçue de mon expérience. J'ai commandé un cornet torsadé (vanille & chocolat) à près de 7 $, mais il était pratiquement immangeable. La partie chocolat était fade & contenait de petits morceaux tout au long de la crème glacée, ce qui donnait une texture désagréable. J'ai à peine mangé mon cornet. Pour le prix payé, je m'attendais à une bien meilleure qualité.
