Review Summary

La Courtepointe stands out as a beloved neighborhood spot with an exceptional beer selection and food that ranges from simple, well made dishes to more refined plates, with fresh bread getting special shoutouts. The atmosphere is warm, casual, and energized, guided by a carefully curated music vibe that helps shape the evening and a bright, city facing terrace. Staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the drinks and menu, though a few reviews note occasional slower service or a bustle that can feel rushed at times. The wine list is modest but well chosen, and non alcoholic options plus cocktails and beer events add variety for different tastes. The overall experience combines tasty, thoughtfully presented dishes, cold beers, and a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to meet friends for a drink or linger for a longer evening. A few criticisms point to volume being a bit high and portions sometimes feeling small for the price, but the consensus is that La Courtepointe delivers quality, character, and a standout, pull you in atmosphere in the area.

This place is an absolute gem & easily one of my favorite discoveries. The food is consistently excellent, made with care, & you can really taste the quality in every bite. The bread deserves its own shoutout - incredibly fresh, warm, & clearly baked with intention. It's the kind of detail that immediately tells you this place takes pride in what they serve.

The staff are genuinely friendly & welcoming, which makes a huge difference. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced or transactional. Add to that the fact that the beer is always ice cold, with plenty of great options to choose from, & you've already got the foundation of a great night.

One of the standout features here is the music. It's hands down some of the best-curated music you'll find in a restaurant. Hearing bands like Wolf Parade, Metz, & IDLES playing in the background instantly sets the tone - cool, energetic, & perfectly in sync with the space. It's not just background noise; it actively shapes the experience.

The atmosphere is really what brings everything together. When the music is hitting, the food & drinks are flowing, & the room is buzzing, it creates this dynamic, electric night that feels alive. The big windows overlooking the intersection pull the outside world in & make you feel connected to the city, adding to that vibrant, urban energy.

Even the bathrooms stand out - they're unique, cool, & thoughtfully designed, which somehow fits perfectly with the overall personality of the place.

All around, this restaurant nails it: amazing food, fresh bread, cold beer, fantastic music, & an atmosphere that just works. I love coming here, & it genuinely feels like one of those rare spots you're excited to tell people about once you find it. A true great discovery.

The beers & ambiance were excellent, especially on the terrasse. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed-despite the terrasse being only half full, the staff seemed in a rush to wrap things up..It took away from an otherwise great experience.
