"Êtes-vous à l'aise avec l'application de la cage?" Juste pour être clair : un client de 50 ans en 2025 utilise en général diverses applis depuis longtemps. Nous poser cette question en arrivant à la table, c'est comme de dire "vous avez l'air tellement vieux d'après moi vous ne survivrez pas à l'expérience de l'application" - Conseil - svp attendez que le client demande de l'aide s'il ne se débrouille pas, au lieu de le stigmatiser lors de son arrivée... car c'est assez turn off de recevoir cette question en pleine face avant de commander juste parce qu'on n'a pas l'âge de la serveuse. Sinon bouffe & service excellents en général lors de nos visites, sauf hier soir où les ailes & les entrées étaient beaucoup trop sèches & cuites. Mais c'est rare, en général c'est bon.
