Nous allons à la cage des Promenades Saint-Bruno très souvent avec nos ado, amis & familles pour les soirs de match & c'est toujours très apprécié.
J'ai appelée pour faire une réservation pour mon anniversaire en janvier. 30 personnes, elle me répond pas de problème il y a de la place. Je mentionne sur les 30 il y aura 10 ado. Elle doit parler à son gérent... & on me répond que les réservations de + de 20 personnes ne sont pas acceptées avec enfants ?? Il y a une grande section familiale, & elle me confirme qu'il y a de la place....
Je demande la raison? C'e n'est pas le manque de places en sections familiale puisque la gentille personne aux téléphone me répond que c'est la décision de son gestionnaire.
Je mentionnne que les enfants mangent tous sur le menu adultes. Je peux même laisser un dépôt pour la réservation. Non rien à faire... ce n'est pas possible.
Elle me confirme aussi prendre ce genre de réservation sans enfants souvent dans lw temps des fêtes, alors ce n'est pas le nombre le problème, c'est les enfants...
Très déçu de se genre de décision sans aucun raisonnement.
J'aurais pu réservé 2x 15 personnes avec enfants, mais pas 30....
C'est dommage.

First time here. Loved the giant screen to enjoy the game. But the food was terrible. Sorry excuse for a pizza. Soft flavorless bread, undercooked. Classic nachos were a waste- very cheaply presented with hardly any ingredients.
