I'm delighted each time. The wings were good. Though I tend to think customers are paying for the TVs, extravagant lighting the exterior of the buildings, etc. while cost-saving means having no electricity for drying one's hands in the restrooms.

I've been to La Cage several times before & have always appreciated the lively atmosphere & good food. On my most recent visit, I was especially grateful for their flexibility in accommodating my group of friends & family for a late booking after a local theatre event. Their willingness to adjust to our schedule was truly appreciated.
The food, as expected, was delicious & consistent with past experiences. However, the service this time fell short of expectations. Despite the restaurant serving only a few tables at that late hour, it took a surprisingly long time for staff to take our order & even longer to serve our meals. After we finished eating & enjoyed our evening together, there was yet another long wait just to receive the bill.
While I understand that staff levels may be reduced later in the evening, the overall slowness detracted from an otherwise pleasant evening. I hope this was an isolated incident, as my past visits have been much more positive in terms of service.
Le service pour la première fois il me déçoit dans une cage au sport. Normalement nous avons un accueil très chaleureux, mais pas cette fois ci & durant tout le long non plus. Jaime toujours l'ambiance de la cage & la nourriture par contre c'est rapide. Cependant, je crois je vais aller aux autres cage au sports dû au service qui était plus que banale malheureusement pour cette soirée.

J'y suis allé avec deux amis hier & nous avons été servi par Thomas. Malgré une cage remplis pour la game de hockey, notre nourriture fut apportez rapidement. Tout au long de la soirée Thomas s'est assuré de venir nous voir pour nos drinks, eau & popcorn! De loin un des meilleurs services que j'ai eu depuis longtemps & ce, malgré le restaurant remplis en entier.
J'ai eu l'occasion de fréquenter de nombreux établissements gastronomiques réputés, où les services étaient toujours impeccables. Cependant, ma visite à La Cage aux Sports de Longueuil a surpassé toutes mes attentes. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil chaleureux nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Mais ce qui a véritablement marqué cette expérience, c'est le service exceptionnel de notre serveur, Benjamin. Professionnel, attentif & réactif, il a veillé à ce que chaque détail soit parfait. Les boissons sont arrivées avec une rapidité impressionnante, & tout au long du repas, nos verres n'ont jamais été vides. Grâce à lui, nous avons vécu une expérience culinaire inoubliable. Un grand merci à Benjamin Latendresse-Brassard pour avoir élevé cette soirée à un niveau d'excellence rarement égalé
