Not sure if this bubble tea joint changed hands as the name has changed. Anyway, i came with a friend to order some drinks here. We were the only customers as there was no line up. & there is a total of 2 staff working here. We took a minute to look at the menu & then shortly we were ready to place an order. However, the staff were not paying attention to us, they were talking about themselves while one was doing some cleanint at the sink. It's fine, we waited, but we waited for like over 5 minutes just for them to notice we were standing there & staring at them & the whole time ready to order. The staff does not seem too attentive to customers. You would think they should prioritize customers lining up at the shop than doing chores or talking among themselves, right? 5 minutes is a long time for customers to wait after you to give you their money. The drinks are fine. But not sure i would recommend this place. The price is not particularly a good deal, the drinks are not particularly great & the service has some room for improvement, let's put it that way….

There are a few places in the mall that sell bubble tea including some restaurants in the food court, prices are pretty good there too & not like $9 per drink like here. So i will probably try them next time.

J'ai commandé 3 boissons, j'ai montré à la caissière (la seule personne qui travaille) mon cellulaire qui avait EN DÉTAIL 2 boissons écrites & j'ai même LU à VOIX HAUTE pour elle (les 2 étaient large & parmi 1 de eux est sans glace), j'ai aussi commandé une troisième qui était le seul petit. J'ai reçu les drinks avec aucune étiquettes, donc en arrivant à maison, il fallait deviner les drinks, pis on réalise que le seul drink sans glace (large) a été changer avec le seul drink de petite taille & vice-versa.
