cette employée ne fait pas les boissons des clients, elle prends toutes les commandes des clients & les fait en meme temps, jai donc du attendre 20 minutes pour ma boisson. je suis vraiment mécontente du service offert

Ma fille est allée acheter un thé aux perles chez L2 Thé Aux Perles au CF Saint-Bruno (2e étage). Malheureusement, il y avait beaucoup plus de tapioca que de boisson : elle buvait presque uniquement du tapioca, avec très peu de jus.

Lorsqu'elle est retournée au comptoir pour le signaler & montrer le problème, le personnel a refusé de reconnaître l'erreur & n'a pas voulu corriger la commande.

Très déçue du service. Je ne recommande pas ce magasin.

Je suis passée au comptoir hier vers 17h 25novembre avec une amie & nous avons été très déçues du service. La personne qui nous a servies avait une attitude clairement désagréable. Lorsqu'on lui posait une question, elle répondait sèchement'bien c'est écrit là', & elle nous a remis nos boissons de façon brusque, sans sourire ni salutation. Nous adorons votre établissement, mais ce type de service ne reflète vraiment pas la qualité que vous offrez habituellement.

Le 12 est ma place préférée pour une boisson. Il on de tout & pour tout le monde même ceux qui n'aime peut-être pas les perle, ils font plein d'autre choix rafraîchissant & des pâtisserie appétissante. Ils sont tout très joyeux & souriante. Définitivement un arrêt obligatoire à chaque fois que je vais au promenade.
