I found the restaurant very clean & food was delicious. But I want to highlight the restaurant staff welcoming nature. There were small candy coin machine for kids. My kids wanted to have candy but I did not have coins to put in the machine. I asked the staff if I could pay by card & obtain coins, they can't as it's against policy. But then the staff gave my kids 2$ coins from his tip jar to get candy which made my kids v happy. Good job guys!

The food is tasty, portions are generous, & prices are affordable. It's mainly for big families & has a casual vibe.
However, there's definitely room for improvement with the delivery service they use (DoorDash or Skip). I didn't receive my order initially & had to call several times to check where it was. I was told the restaurant wasn't responsible for delivery issues, even though there's an extra $7 delivery charge, which was frustrating from a customer perspective.
Interestingly enough, about 3 minutes after I requested a refund, the delivery driver arrived to the restaurant. The staff asked if I still wanted the refund, & instead we agreed on a complimentary appetizer to help make up for the long wait, which was appreciated.
The expected 15 min for delivery took 1h. I won't tip nxt time until the end. Food was good but warmish since it stand on the counter for 20 min+.
Overall, the food quality is good, but better coordination & accountability with delivery partners is strongly recommended to improve customer experience.
Je donnerai 0 étoiles à la serveuse, vraiment service pas acceuillant dutout & même très irrespectueuse . J'ai commendé trois plats hier le lundi 6 avril sur place, donc on mange avec mes enfants, a la fin finalement il me reste un plat & demi qu'on a pas consommer je demande a la serveuse de me donner deux boîtes à emporter, elle me romaine une. Je lui dit gentiment svp j'ai demandé deux ( sachant que elle parleavec une voixtrèsbasse & le son fort de la musique: peutêtreje n'aipas bien entendu) , elle me répond avec un temps irrespectueux je vous ai dit je vais en chercher une autre, vous n'avez pas entendu je crois !!
Vraiment très choqué par le service....

We waited over 45 minutes for a simple order, & the rice portion was very small for the price. We asked for extra rice, but it came after we had already finished eating.
At checkout, when I went to pay for the rice, I was surprised by the pricing. I was told the rice was $5 plus $4.5 for raisins & carrots, which I never asked for. When I pointed that out, the staff agreed-but when I tapped my card, I was still charged about $9 hahaha when my bill, overall the interaction felt disrespectful.
In total, we paid around more than 100$, which didn't match the quality of service or experience.
J'ai eu une superbe expérience au restaurant, & le service d'Ella était tout simplement impeccable. Attentionnée, professionnelle & chaleureuse, elle a vraiment fait toute la différence. Merci encore .
Franchement très déçu. On a commandé un plat familial à 70$, en emporté, & on a fait confiance sans vérifier sur place… grosse erreur. En arrivant chez nous & en ouvrant, on découvre seulement quelques petits morceaux de viande & poulet le reste c'était que du riz.
Pour un plat censé être'familial', c'est vraiment abusé. On s'attend à quelque chose de beaucoup plus généreux & varié. Le goût n'était pas mauvais, mais rien d'exceptionnel non plus pour justifier le prix.
On a clairement l'impression de s'être fait avoir. Je ne recommande pas si vous cherchez un bon rapport qualité-prix.
One of the owners was really rude & insulted me, & being really rude now I know that you guys have cameras check out how she was. She doesn't how to treat people & customers service is not for her. You guys just lost customers…
