What you expect from the brand minus proper customer service. Once, twice, it could be my bad luck or someone's having a bad day, but on every single visit, I walked out shaking my head at the service. Seems I'm not the only one feeling the rudeness of people waorking at this branch. I was getting a mixed douzen for my kids who couldn't choose fast enough which prompted the server to "throw" the donuts into the box. I'd understand if it was busy & we were stalling other customers, but we were the only customers with 2 guys who were more interested on getting rid of us quickly to continue their chit chatting imstead of working. I got the donuts to share with family & friends gathering & everyone there had the exact same experience. Though it's a bit far in downtown with less parking, I'm not coming back to this location when I have the craving for KK.

This is the most amazing donut shop ever. The donuts were so good all my family liked it.& plus the cashier was so kind that when my daughter wanted to change a donut they gave us a free one. Sorry for the photo it was so good that we ate it all before thinking to add a comment.
Mixed feelings about this place. The employee that prepared our box was very nice & friendly but the donuts were stale & old. The cream was kind of watery & we didn't really enjoy them. I do not recommend this place...
The place is calm as I went in noon. The counters were full with different donuts & nothing seemed empty or that it needed to be refilled. Taste is 5/5. Donuts seemed to be fresh. 4 star for service as tables were dirty with crumbs all over seats & tables.
Such good donuts, my all time favourites. Unique designs & flavours. Even a normal glazed donut is amazing. Just one thing; it's a little too sweet for me.
I recently visited Krispy Kreme Cafe & found the experience to be fairly average. The service was okay-not particularly friendly or efficient, but it got the job done. The donuts themselves were decent, but nothing to write home about. They were fresh & had the signature Krispy Kreme glaze, but lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. Overall, it was an okay visit, but not something I would go out of my way for.
Great donuts, service is alright. Much prefer the Krispy Kreme on the South Shore as it's more spacious, has a view over the donuts' production, & overall more welcoming to eat & chat.

Pas wow... l'allure Blasé, nous ignorer alors que l'on est à la caisse & aller vers d'autre client pour les servir.... Honnêtement si ce n'était pas de mon envie de donut j'aurai clairement rebroussé chez moi
