Par contre, le service est grandement à améliorer. C'est un petit resto avec peut-être 10 tables..puis c'était long avant qu'une serveuse vienne nous servir.
1 heure d'attente pour la nourriture..nous avions faillis partir. Mauvaise communication entre les serveuses.
J'ai vu une table partir parce que la serveuse n'a jamais été les voir pour la commande… elle a pris la commande d'une autre table.. qui était arrivé bien après les autres.
I think this place is more interested in being'Instagramable' than anything else. The food was good, nothing spectacular (especially not to justify the price). There were more drink options than food options. We had a weird service vibe, but I think maybe our waitress was new. We were told upon entering that we would have to wait a long time, we were fine with it but she seemed rather insistent on letting us know that we wouldn't be seated any time soon, again we said we were fine with the wait time of 30+ minutes that she gave us even though we could see that 3-4 tables were getting ready to pay. In the end we waited less than 10 minutes to be seated. When she came to take our order, she took one person's & then left...when we finally got her attention a little while later to say that we had not all ordered she said she assumed to other person had ordered for the whole table (we were three & that person ordered one drink & one meal, so I'm not really sure how she thought that). Food did take a while but that's usually the norm for breakfast restaurants on weekends, & we are very patient.
The place has a great vibe & again the food was good- I was just expecting more for that price.

C'est rare que je laisse des mauvaises critiques, mais il manquait réellement d'organisation. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y avait 4 tables de disponibles. On n'était que deux. Il leur a fallu une dizaine de minutes avant de venir nous voir pour nous donner une table. L'employée me dit qu'il y a environ 40 minutes d'attente pour recevoir la bouffe. J'ai dit ok. Mais après 45 minutes, je voyais que les autres clients qui étaient là avant moi n'avaient toujours pas reçu leurs repas. À une table de 2 personnes à côté de moi, une fille a reçu son plat & son amie a attendu 20 minutes pour recevoir le sien & c'était le même plat.
Le service était complètement absent. Donc après 45 minutes d'attente, j'ai demandé si ça allait être encore long & le serveur me dit qu'ils n'ont toujours pas commencé à cuisiner ma commande, & pendant ce temps-là, les 3 autres tables avant moi n'avaient toujours pas leurs plats non plus. Sans rajouter qu'il y avait 4 autres tables disponibles & que le serveur retournait tous les clients qui voulaient entrer.
Le restaurant est charmant & selon les photos sur internet, tout a l'air super bon. J'étais contente d'avoir un resto brunch branché à Laval, mais il faudrait vraiment revoir l'organisation & le service. Dommage.
I finally made it out to Kozatika in Laval for brunch with my friend Sarah - & what a cute little spot! Right away, we were charmed by the cozy, stylish vibe: pink velvet booths, leafy plants, & bookshelves that make you feel like you're brunching at your most fashionable friend's house.
It was such a beautiful day that after ordering, we decided to move outside to their cozy little terrace - the perfect spot to soak up the sun while we waited for our food.
We decided to try a bit of everything (highly recommend going this route). Here's what we shared:
• Iced strawberry matcha - light, refreshing, & milky with a sweet, earthy matcha base.
• Sparkly strawberry ade - a sparkling strawberry lemonade with a pop of fresh mint, giving major virgin mojito vibes. This was hands-down my favorite drink of the day.
• Iced tiramisu latte - creamy, decadent, & just the right amount of sweet.
• Strawberry mini pancakes - soft, fluffy, & almost too pretty to eat (but of course, we did).
• Mixed berry pancakes - a blueberry-strawberry dream, with fresh berries tucked into every bite.
• Smoked salmon avocado toast with eggs - two perfectly poached eggs over smoked salmon, spinach, & artisanal sourdough, all topped with silky hollandaise.
• Smoked salmon bagel - layered with arugula, pesto, cucumber, smoked salmon, red onions, & cream cheese - fresh & flavorful without feeling heavy.
Every plate came out beautifully presented, complete with edible flowers - a little detail that made it feel extra special. You can really tell they care about quality ingredients & thoughtful presentation.
It was the perfect brunch for a sunny day - cozy inside, chill on the terrace, & already plotting my return (mostly because I need another sparkly strawberry ade in my life).

Endroit fort sympathique avec d'excellents cafés. Je recommande fortement le Tiramisu latte. Menu de type déjeuner gourmand ou dîner léger. Points forts pour l'ambiance décontractée & la présentation des plats (mon talent de photographe est limité à cet égard pour en rendre justice).

Nous avons goûté au cappuccino glacé & au tiramisu latte, un pur délice! Les saveurs sont parfaitement équilibrées & l'ambiance du café est chaleureuse & accueillante. Le décor est super beau, à la fois moderne & cozy, parfait pour une pause café ou une sortie entre amis. Un endroit à découvrir absolument à Laval.
This place was honestly amazing. We were greeted by the owner & we were promptly attended my the waitress. Customer service was 5/5, they were polite & friendly. The food options were excellent, especially the variety of drinks options they had. We got the match latte & dalogna latte, which was fresh, sweet & huge in portion & good in price. We then got a plate of mini ores pancakes, which were filled with Nutella inside & garnished with Oreo & whipped cream. The presentation of the food was beautiful. The interior of the cafe was cute & cozy. Would come back again!

Nous avons adoré notre expérience, tout était au delà de nos attentes.
Le lieu est très confortable & charmant, la décoration est unique. Le service était vraiment hors-pair, nous avons été si bien accueilli!
Quant à la nourriture, le tout était succulent; très frais, goûteux & un menu original. Il offre également l'option Halal.
Le latte tiramisu & le matcha à la mangue sont des must!
Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
J'ai choisi ce café par hasard car j'étais dans le coin. Belle surprise! Accueil chaleureux, beau décor & assiettes très instagrammables ;). Mon ado a adoré le bol de smoothie très généreux & sa limonade bleue. Mon latte Tiramisu était décadent! Par contre, ne faut pas être pressé. C'est nouveau, allez les encourager!

10/10 experience at Kozatika Laval! 🌟 From the moment we walked in, the vibe was amazing! The food was beyond delicious, the service was top-notch, & the atmosphere was perfect for a brunch out. Every dish was a masterpiece, & the flavors were unforgettable. The owner is a sweetheart 🥰 made us feel so welcome, & the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience! Can't wait to come back! 🍽✨

'ai eu le plaisir de visiter cet endroit & l'expérience a été tout simplement formidable. La serveuse était non seulement attentionnée, mais également chaleureuse & professionnelle, ce qui a vraiment rendu notre repas encore plus agréable. Le bénédictine au saumon & le smoothie bowl que j'ai pris étaient trop bon 😋 j'ai adoré 🥰 , les oeufs parfaitement cuits & pleins de saveurs. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation à tous ceux qui recherchent un excellent repas avec un service impeccable. De plus, le stationnement était extrêmement facile, ce qui a ajouté au confort de notre visite. Un endroit à découvrir absolument!
Un super endroit pour les fans de matcha, je recommande à 100%. Le matcha latte aux fraises est un vrai coup de coeur ! Le menu est varié, entre salé & sucré, & l'ambiance chaleureuse avec une déco sympa rend l'expérience encore meilleure. Le service est aussi top, rapide & agréable.
Such a cozy & welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The food was delicious, & the coffee was top-notch. Tiramisu latte & tuna panini was delicious! The owner is incredibly sweet & made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem!
Excellent service de la part de Nisrine qui a pris son temps pour nous expliquer le menu & venir nous voir durant la soirée pour valider si tout était à notre goût! Mon amie & moi avions trouvé les gaufres délicieuses malgré un peu dispendieuses. Le matcha latté chaud était un peu trop "laiteux" à mon goût. Un peu plus de matcha aurait était mieux ;) Je recommande tout de même ce café.
On se disait que ça ferait un bon endroit pour relaxer & terminer la soirée, mais nous avons été un peu déçus de l'expérience. Nous sommes allés pour une gauffre & une tasse de chocolat chaud. La gaufre Kozatika était quand même très chère (18.99$), donc c'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu choisir notre saveur de crême glacée tel qu'indiqué sur le menu. Par contre, on parle bien d'une gaufre maison, qui sent & qui goûte "maison". Elle est aussi très grosse ; nous aurions dû nous en partager une tellement la portion était généreuse! Le temps d'attente était très long (une vingtaine de minutes pour deux gaufres), aux alentours de 17h00. Un peu fâchant, car une des deux gaufres n'était pas totalement cuite par endroits. De plus, le chocolat chaud était annoncé à 4.55$ sur le menu, mais il passait à 6.99$. Quand j'ai questionné la dame au comptoir, elle a simplement dit qu'elle ne savait pas, car elle n'est pas la gérante. Nous avons donc décidé de nous en passer. C'est dommage... Néanmoins, la dame a été très gentille & est venue nous en apportez un comme c'était notre première fois. Il était bon. La déco de l'endroit est jolie & "cosy": les banquettes sont confortables & l'endroit est propre. La musique était un peu trop forte pour bien relaxer.
Je suis venues pour étudier avec ma cousine. Le service était excellent. La madame était très gentille. Elle ferait attention à tout ce passe bien. Endroit très calme pour étudier. L'endroit est très beau. J'aime beaucoup la décoration. Je vais revenir c'est sur. J'ai pris le Latte glace avec du sirop au caramel c'était excellent ma cousine a pris un match latte à la vanille avec un sirop de vanille. Juste pour le match il fallait ajouter un peu plus de sirop si non c'était très bon je vous le recommande.
