Food was very good & the two women responsible for service to our table were friendly, helpful, available & had good sense of humour, always respecting boundaries. That was the highlight of the experience for me. I gave a 4 for Atmosphere because I thought the seating was cramped & the chairs were not very comfortable.

Très bon, excellent service, très bons conseils de la personne qui nous a servis. Un peu bruyant quand nous y sommes allés parce qu'il y avait un party de Noël au deuxième étage du resto.

Un groupe de 6 très bien servi avec diligence & bonne humeur …menu varié, plats originaux …que du plaisir à partager un repas au Koz & ce qui n'est pas rien olestra face au lac Memphrémagog …

My husband & I had a wonderful time at Bistro Koz, our first dining experience in Magog. It was a chilly fall day, but we had a cozy table overlooking Lac Magog. Our server provided an excellent recommendation from the wine list. He suggested several wines based on our taste preferences, & the food selection we had chosen. The wines are sourced by the two in-house sommeliers, & many of the wines on the list are not available in Ontario, including the Turkish wine we had. The meal was delicious, very flavourful & authentic Mediterranean & paired so well with our bottle of wine. Next time we will ask for the food all together as there was a wait between courses & we would have preferred our food mezze style. Highly recommend!

Une expérience absolument exceptionnelle ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire & une attention remarquable. Le service est impeccable - attentif sans être envahissant. Les plats sont délicieux : des produits frais, des saveurs recherchées.
Le décor, l'ambiance tout est parfait! La vue sur le Lac Memphémagog en bonus.
25 minutes de route qu'on refera avec plaisir pour y retourner.

Excellent repas & service!
Seulement 2 petits accrocs: le plat de crevettes était un peu fade comparé à tout le reste & il n'y avait pas d'option de dessert sans lactose.

I do love the food here & have returned many times... However a few days ago while eating my mother while having the salad bit something hard which hurt her tooth… at the time she thought it was only a filling that was damaged, so we packed up our food to go.
Now 2 days later the tooth fell out… I'm not sure what was accidentally put in the salad but this is a nightmare scenario. The staff should be more careful of what's being put in the food.

Amazing food. Need to go back in order to try other dishes! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars on atmosphere is that we were seated at a table with insufficient lighting to appreciate the visual beauty of the dishes.
