We had a wonderful experience at Bistro Koz! My husband & I tried the'discovery menu' - 3 courses (vegetables, entree, dessert) of small plates picked by the Chef. The wines were delicious & paired well with the food. Each dish was unique & full of flavor, beautifully arranged & delicious. They seated us in one of their cozy benches, & we could see the sky & lake across the room.
We visited the bistro March'26, snow all around & tried the'dome'. Very good idea, a nice warm, all transparent booth outside with direct view to the lake Memphremagog. Good food, excellent service. For 85$/person(dome forfait) we had a tasty 4 course meal; we'll go again!

First visit at Bistro Koz last weekend. Tried the goat cheese salad for lunch. It's perfect serving for a lunch. The ingredients were fresh, blends of flavor was exceptional. Very nice venue with lake view.
j'ai eu une très belle soirée au bistro Koz, on a essayé le menu degustation pour 2 personnes. Tout etait exquis - aucune deception, les saveurs etaient presentes & diverses. Les aliments sont frais & bien présentée. J'ai adorée l'expérience
Comme toujours, Le bistro Kòz a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les plats étaient magnifiques & délicieux. La cuisine méditerranéenne définitivement mise en valeur. L'ambiance était agréable & le service efficace & chaleureux. Nous reviendrons assurément avec plaisir.
My husband & I had a wonderful time at Bistro Koz, our first dining experience in Magog. It was a chilly fall day, but we had a cozy table overlooking Lac Magog. Our server provided an excellent recommendation from the wine list. He suggested several wines based on our taste preferences, & the food selection we had chosen. The wines are sourced by the two in-house sommeliers, & many of the wines on the list are not available in Ontario, including the Turkish wine we had. The meal was delicious, very flavourful & authentic Mediterranean & paired so well with our bottle of wine. Next time we will ask for the food all together as there was a wait between courses & we would have preferred our food mezze style. Highly recommend!

Personnel gentil, souriant & professionnel. Le restaurant est très propre & bien décoré. On se sent bien, c'est confortable & très agréable. Nous avons pris nos petits-déjeuners durant notre séjour & nous avons reçu un excellent service. Une mention spéciale pour Nathan au bar, très gentil. Il nous a préparé deux excellents spritz au limoncello, en ce samedi pluvieux, avant de nous rendre à la croisière Memphrémagog. Pour nous, Bistro Kóz fut un endroit très agréable, nous le recommandons.
Une expérience mémorable au Bistro Kóz! Nous étions un groupe de 12 amis & avons tous opté pour le Menu découverte - chaque plat était savoureux, original & magnifiquement présenté. J'ai personnellement choisi l'option accord mets-vins, & les choix proposés complétaient parfaitement chaque service.
Le service a été irréprochable du début à la fin : attentionné, chaleureux & professionnel. Le tout dans un décor enchanteur, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Memphrémagog.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment au Bistro Kóz. Sur les conseils de notre serveuse - Amanda, impeccable! -, nous avons opté pour une formule tapas, chacun commandant deux entrées ou plats principaux. Tous les plats étaient appétissants, délicieux & généreux. Nous sommes repartis rassasiés & heureux.
Two of the best meals I've had in years-hands down. My wife & I had both dinner & brunch at Koz Bistro, & each experience was unforgettable. For dinner, we shared the mixed olives, hummus, crispy tuna, & mushroom Turkish pizza. Every dish was perfectly executed & full of bold, fresh flavors.
The restaurant itself strikes the perfect balance: clean & modern, yet warm & welcoming. Add in unbeatable views of the lake & exceptional service, & it's a complete package.
The next morning, we had brunch in LesDômes during a snowstorm. I expected it to be chilly inside the dome, but it was warm & cozy-I was lounging in a t-shirt, watching snow swirl around us. The Turkish eggs I ordered were phenomenal-I'm still thinking about them.
Koz Bistro delivers not just great food, but a full sensory experience. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I was pleasantly surprised by Bistro Kóz-it's now my favorite restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious, & I kept wishing I could eat more just to try different dishes. Each bite was more exquisite than the last. The concept of this restaurant is exceptionally well thought out. Not only was the food perfect, but the entire experience was outstanding-beautiful décor, great music, an amazing view, clean & private washrooms, & excellent service. Kudos to the team behind this incredible place, & thank you for a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back!
Modern greek bistro with an amazing view to the lake Memphremagog. The food was really flavourful but the Octopus was chewy. Overall a safe spot if you are in Magog looking for a modern dining experience with a beautiful view.
Today I discovered a true culinary gem in Magog - Bistro Kóz! This cozy establishment, located at 1150 Rue Principale O, captivated me with its warm atmosphere & incredibly delicious food. The interior of Bistro Kóz is imbued with Mediterranean charm: pleasing colors, interesting decorative elements, creating a feeling of comfort & tranquility. I started my gastronomic journey with the fattoush salad - this fresh mix of vegetables, herbs & pomegranate was the perfect beginning. Then I tried khachapuri - a Georgian cheese pie that simply melted in my mouth! The "poulet citron" chicken, marinated in lemon & garlic, was incredibly juicy & flavorful. The presentation of the dishes at Bistro Kóz is a separate art form! Each plate is a small masterpiece that pleases the eye. The service in the restaurant is excellent: attentive & friendly staff creates a pleasant atmosphere & takes care of every guest.
