I went to the Fairview Pointe-Claire restaurant & had the vegeterian Bibimbap. Unfortunately it was really bland. Just regular rice with steamed carrots, broccoli, green beans & a fried egg served with a mango salad (kimchi was not available). Nothing is marinated but just steamed. It makes for a very ordinary Bibimbap. The only thing Korean was the Gochuchang sauce that was put on top. I can only talk about the vegetarian meal I got & I guess the other meat based bibimbaps have more taste with the chicken sauce added on top. Service was good.

This was my second time having Korean barbq, this time around, I finished everything on my plate & considered getting another plate, I would've if I could make room.

Truly my favourite choice out of all the food courts in this mall. I've tried almost every spot here & this place is honestly the best. The food is fresh, they cook the meat in front of you & the portions are huge. The service was also amazing, they're really kind & patient. This place will be worth your time!

The food here is incredible. It tastes like a proper Korean BBQ, I never expected that from food court location.

Weiguing helped us complete our order. He's super sweet & very helpful. Even when I put my toppings on my mom's order he was very kind & wanted to help us fix my mistake. My mom ended up liking my toppings anyways & he thanked her for making his job easy.

Very nice staff. Please give them a raise, they deserve it!

I ordered online & the pick up time was for 8:45pm. I got there & was informed that they closed at 7pm, but the people responsible didn't bother update their hours. If would have a terrible terrible experience if it wasn't because of the awesome service that Wei Guang offered despite having cleaned everything & clocked out of his shift. Thank Wei Guang for owning the situation & showing customer service above & beyond duty. This person is the bright light in a bad situation. Five stars to Wei Guang's food & service, but nothing for the restaurant.

How can you run a Korean place & not have kimchi in stock. This is the most white washed korean food & is the definition of cultural appropriation. 0/10 I hope you go out of business.

I am a regular customer in this restaurant. I am always get a beef bol & chicken plate so I seen the owner come every friday & took with when a bye something. But usually when I go friday & get something & the owner put very a little food in my plat & bol. & he is very stopid & very bed man. So anybody don't go friday of the restaurant. This is my request. Place. 😩😩😩😔
