Went for the first time with my husband (he has been many times before). The restaurant was full, it's a good thing we reserved for 6:30 pm. By 8 pm, we only received one item & no water refills. We were hungry & the thought of leaving to go eat a burger next door crossed our minds.
The waiter started being apologetic, saying the kitchen was preparing a lot of sushi. We inquired how long he thought it would be & waited some more. We received the rest & majority of our order around 8:10 pm as we informed the waiter to bring everything now as we feared any longer wait.
We noticed others were also waiting for their orders & some costumers received their meal before us even though they arrived after us. We only ordered 3 small plates around 6:45pm. After receiving the last of our order, we asked to have the bill. My husband mentioned that the service is usually slow but this time it was discouraging.
It's a shame the service is so slow considering the food is excellent. The ambiance was enjoyable & the staff was nice & polite.
When we arrived at home, we ate slices of pizza we had ordered for our boys. We would have ordered more at Knot d'Asie but feared how long it would take to prepare our food.
Go to Knot d'Asie if you have a lot of time & are willing to wait longer than usual. Order a drink & enjoy the food!

The menu seems to be Asian fusion. Sushi is very good. The chicken udon is moderately spicy & quite delicious.
Prices are in keeping with other food venues in the area.

At first, I tried the pho & it wasn't what I was used to, & I found it a bit expensive compared to other places I've been to, so I left a negative review. However, I decided to come back & try other dishes, & everything else was really good. I realized I judged too quickly the first time. Overall, my experience improved, & I'm glad I gave it another chance.
C'était ma première fois à ce restaurant le service par notre serveur était impeccable, mais la nourriture était un peu décevante. Nous avons commandé des entrées & elles sont arrivés froides. Sinon les cocktails sont très bons & esthétiquement plaisant!
Resto incontournable à Vaudreuil. Les plats sont magnifiques & délicieux tout en étant ultra abordables. Le service est génial, belle ambiance, beau resto. Allez-y!!
This was my first time eating here & what a lovely experience! I made reservations for my friend & I, to celebrate her birthday. We were seated promptly in a very comfortable booth. The waiters were very professional, friendly & attentive. The decor is attractive & the room spacious with high ceilings. The food was delicious & very beautifully plated. Attention to every detail was taken. Service was efficient, but not rushed. Our waiter Koby was excellent. I will definitely go again & am happy to recommend this restaurant to all my friends & family. For some reason I am having trouble uploading my 2 pics, so I'll post them on my FB page. Loved my visit to this restaurant, service was exceptional from Ryleigh.
It really annoyes me when individuals don't have the knowledge on tipping, as I'm sure they know a server is responsible for 8% of their sales. If it's not in your limited finances please order take out from the IGA counter.

Nous sommes allés à ce restaurant pour la Saint-Valentin & avons choisi le spécial à 120 $. Malheureusement, ce fut une déception. Les portions étaient très petites & insuffisantes pour deux personnes : ce qui donne l'impression d'un mauvais rapport qualité-prix, surtout pour une occasion spéciale.
Cela dit, la nourriture était bonne au goût. Rien à redire sur la qualité des plats eux-mêmes, mais le prix demandé ne correspondait pas à l'expérience globale.
Côté service, l'expérience a été mitigée. Une erreur s'est produite avec notre commande de boissons : nous avons reçu un verre sans alcool sans explication, ce qui était étrange. Là où l'expérience s'est vraiment détériorée, c'est à la fin : après avoir payé (146 $ avant taxes) & laissé un pourboire de 10 $, la serveuse est venue nous rejoindre à l'extérieur pour nous reprocher que le pourboire n'était pas suffisant & nous faire sentir mal à l'aise. Nous comprenons que les attentes puissent varier, mais interpeller des clients à l'extérieur pour commenter leur pourboire est, selon nous, inapproprié & peu professionnel. Nous nous demandons d'ailleurs si ce comportement est propre à cette serveuse : Ryl**** ou s'il s'agit d'une pratique courante dans l'équipe, car c'est la première fois qu'une telle situation nous arrive.
Nous avons dépassé notre budget pour essayer ce restaurant, mais cette expérience nous laisse un goût amer. Bonne nourriture, mais très chère, service correct dans l'ensemble, mais un sérieux manque de tact & de professionnalisme.
Ps : Pas de chandelle sur les tables pour la Saint-Valentin
Service & atmosphere was decent. The food took about 25 mins to come out despite only having three tables on the floor. I ordered the steak on rice & it was quite tasty. Also ordered a pho & that was mediocre. Broth is good but the meat was clamped into one & the noodles appeared cut so was fairly choppy.

Another fantastic meal at Knot D'Asie in Vaudreuil! We go to this restaurant often because it's always such a great experience with all the plates so nicely presented & plated & the service there is top notch. Our waiter was Daniel & he was very courteous, & helpful while giving us a good chuckle with his friendly banter. This restaurant really takes care to ensure that each plate is really impressive looking & also very tasty & fresh! If you're not a sushi lover - there's plenty to choose from too! Their bao buns are so delicious (the pork is my favourite) & the Katsu chicken with veggies & rice is always a good pick. My son ordered the Pad Thai with beef, along with the K-pop chicken appetizer (it was huge!) & he really enjoyed it. For dessert we shared the fried banana & it was the perfect ending to round out the meal. A hidden gem in Vaudreuil - you definitely should check it out!
If you want an Asian spin on breakfast, this is your weekend spot! Eggs & bacon are great, but Knot d'Asie really showcases what breakfast culture can offer! Highly recommended: great, friendly service with a lovely dining area.
Notre serveur André a été exceptionnel! Super gentil, polie & il a prit son temps pour nous expliquer le menu. Le resto en vaut vraiment le détour & André rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Definitely coming back here! Great service, beautiful & chic interior. Highly recommend their salmon tartare & torch pressed spicy salmon, they were excellent! Only thing missing = changing table for babies in the bathrooms
You can tell when a pro designs the food in places like this. The food is fresh, looks great & tastes amazing. I've been 4 times & have always had a great meal with excellent service.
