KINTON RAMEN opened its first location in May 2012, debuting as Toronto’s first authentic Japanese ramen bar. With a dedicated focus on ramen, executive chef Aki Urata is uncompromising in his pursuit to serve the best quality noodles and broth. Our experienced ramen chefs prepare each and every topping, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. At KINTON RAMEN we invite you to experience our variety of exceptional ramen bowls, right down to the last drop.
Kinton Ramen is consistently praised for rich, flavorful broth, chewy noodles, and generous toppings, with pork, beef, and spicy garlic ramen among the favorites and a comforting, warming feel that makes it a top pick on cold days. The ramen is described as well balanced and carefully prepared, with tender meat and fresh accompaniments, and the gyoza and karaage often mentioned as excellent add ons, along with desserts like yuzu ice cream. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a modern, friendly vibe, and the service is repeatedly noted as fast, attentive, and welcoming, making it a reliable spot for casual meals, dates, or group outings. Many reviewers mention good value for money and a consistently high standard in both dine in and takeout experiences, though one account notes a lapse in honoring a dietary restriction and another mentions missing items in a takeout bag. Overall, Kinton Ramen is seen as a top ramen destination with loyal fans for the original beef and spicy garlic pork ramens, a wide range of flavors, and dependable service that keeps patrons returning.
The inside is beautiful, it looks very clean & the decoration is awesome. The food is delicious as always & the staff is very nice. The service was on point. Thank you Kinton Ramen !!
We came here for a date night expecting to get some sake, but unfortunately they were out of sake! We went ahead to order out ramen & appetizers. The guys gave such amazing service. We were one of the only tables during that time we dined in. We ended up quickly getting sake from the saq & shared a drink with the staff. They made our date night with such amazing service!

I am regularly going to this place but I am in shock today as how thin the meat is. 2 thin slices of meat for 18 + tax/tip is way too expensive. I was a customer from day 1, but noticing the quality is going down. I don't even know if it is worthy to come to this place.
Had the miso porc, food was ok. I was there by myself. I waited to have my order taken & water, utensil brought before I got to the washroom. When I'm back my table was emptied & wiped. Am I not welcomed to eat here Luckily a guy knew what happened & put everything back in place. Overall, good if youre coming in a group or a family, they are very friendly forwards groups.
