The waiter we had was kind & the service was fast. We were 3 people & we ordered 2 side dishes, 3 drinks & 3 ramens. The food was delivered quickly & hot for a rather large order.

Vraiment, on a été très surpris moi, ma femme & ma filles. Très bon, de gros morceaux de poulet avec le ramen. Beaucoup de variété. 🤪🥰. On vas y retourner c'est sur👍🏻

When we first stepped into the resto, the vibe was great! Then, we placed our order & the bad services comes into play. We placed our order like 1-2 min after the table next to us. They received their order... 5min later... nothing for us... 15min+... the other table finished their meal & still nothing for us! We asked the waiter if our order has been forgotten or missed. They went to check & a few min later, he tells us "it should come shortly" I literally asked how much longer? As the other table already finished their meal & we waited for a long time... he just walked away & told us nothing... wow! Then the "manager" came to tell us that the order has taken longer than usual & asked if they can offer us anything... we politely declined his offer but he still offered us a coupon for free gyoza, we left it at the table. The damage was done! But... the ramen saved some points! :) The soup is good, the noodle is very good & the final touch is the egg! Probably the best egg we had! Extremely flavorful! Sadly, the experience was ruined by the service...

Première expérience chez Kinton Ramen très décevante. Ils se sont tout d'abord trompé en servant nos bols de ramen à des clients arrivés après nous dont ceux-ci ont été retourner en cuisine dû à l'erreur. Nous n'avons jamais été informés ma conjointe & moi, mais nous avons remarqué la confusion. Ma conjointe s'est alors fait apportez un bol de ramen différent de ce qu'elle avait commandé & mon plat a suivi 20 MINUTES après & en plus, les nouilles étaient encore fraichement solides. Aucun professionnalisme & un flagrant manque de goût. Un restaurant qui prétend servir de la qualité mais qui vraisemblablement essaye de suivre une mode, peut-être? Je conseille à tout le monde une alternative, soit le Isshin Ramen aussi situé au dix30.

Been a fan of Kinton for many years & very excited that a new location is now open in Brossard. We ordered take-out online & the system indicated that the order shall be ready at 17:10. To our surprise when we arrived the staff was not aware of the order & had to prepare it live, the order was finally ready 30 minutes later. As always the quality of the ramen is top notch, but this time the experience could've been made better, so please work on fixing your take out system. Looking forward to dining here sometime again!

Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté a commander car nous n'avions jamais commandé ici & tout le monde a été gentil & patient. Mr. Kevin s'est assuré que tout était parfait.

I ordered the original pork ramen. The ramen is cooked perfectly. The broth is just okay. The only thing I dislike is the noodle do not come any side vege like corn kernel for example. I know, you can pay extra for it but a 17$ ramen just come with 2 pieces of pork & one egg...I mean... maybe it is okay for some. It is subjective. I just found it is a bit overpriced. Sevice is good. Staff are active & willing answer question. The resto is clean & spacious. Seat is hard bench. So I won't say it is comfortable.
