We thought it was very expensive for what it was: ramen fast food in a cafeteria-like setting. The vegetable one had one very thin piece of tofu, the pork one was decent, but we both were hungry 1hr after. (Normal hunger individuals lol).
I would not return.
Good service & environment. But the food is just not worth it. The picture I took, a small bow of fry chicken. 9 dollars for three pieces. 3 dollars each piece. & it's not even that good. The ramen, I ordered spicy garlic pork. It's two dollars more than original. I thought it's not bad. Two dollars for some spice. Then it served. There was no egg, & no seaweed. Feels betrayed. Yeah it's written on the menu, i should've read the menu. But I feel tricked, because it's in the same column with the same picture as display. Not recommended.
The spicy pork with corn topping is the best. The seasoned eggs were also a great addition. Karaage spicy chicken was very spicy & crispy. Good service
The spicy pork ramen is delicious & my favourite item on the menu. The prices for the quantity & quality of food are great.
I first discovered Kinton Ramen when I was visiting Toronto & I fell in love at first slurp. You can guess how happy I was to discover that one was opening so close to me. The pork miso soup is my go-to!
Used to come here on a regular basis. The broth, the pork changed & now as of today, the noodles are not longer the same. Everything has changed for lower quality. I am so disappointed, it was my favorite place.
We always go to Kinton ramen for the Pork Original Ramen broth. It's always delicious.
Very good 👍 very nice & knowledgeable waiters & waitresses 👍 taste is okay but also has a strong taste & good pork 👍
Our waitress Lena was attentive & nice; recommended the pork miso which was good. Excellent service, food was fine & the bathrooms were nice. Overall good experience
I took the special "Ramen au Sésame Doré" tasted amazing a rich broth & just spicy enough. I would have prefer regular pork. But the minced one was good too. Also tried the Porc Donburi & Gyoza (pork), both tasted good & flavor full. We accompanied our meal with sake (one person size) For a first visit, I'm pretty amazed. I'll definitely come back. They also have a vegetarian variant for ramen soup 🍜
Lunch special is definitely worth it. For around 12$ you can get the original pork ramen & a gyudon. They don't advertise it in the restaurant but it is on their website. You'll just have to ask the waiter. Not the best ramen I've had as I found the broth a bit bland but for the price, I would come back!
Nice spacious place for great ramen. Been to many Kinton ramen & this one doesn't disappoint. My favorite is still the originals pork ramen with thick noodles. They have a lunch special before 3pm & happy hours for drinks between 3 & 5pm. Def coming back .
Kinton Ramen est une excellente place pour manger des ramens! Portions raisonnables & délicieuses. Je vous conseille le Pork Spicy Garlic si vous aimez ça épicé. Un endroit à essayer!
I ordered the original pork ramen. The ramen is cooked perfectly. The broth is just okay. The only thing I dislike is the noodle do not come any side vege like corn kernel for example. I know, you can pay extra for it but a 17$ ramen just come with 2 pieces of pork & one egg...I mean... maybe it is okay for some. It is subjective. I just found it is a bit overpriced. Sevice is good. Staff are active & willing answer question. The resto is clean & spacious. Seat is hard bench. So I won't say it is comfortable.
