Great place for ramen, generous portions, everything was delicious! We went with four kids, & they enjoyed it. Our waitress Naomi was very warm & attentive.
The service was excellent. The servers were all attentive & friendly. During my visit, their restaurant was not busy. They had about 15 customers in the restaurant (*I will explain). Yet, I had to wait for at least 20 minutes for my bowl of ramen. Unfortunately, the noodles were really overcooked. I believe they have a self-created challenge by the design of their restaurant planning. I counted more or less 109 seats in this RAMEN Restaurant, which includes 18 seats in their patio area. If you ever visited Japan, you would notice how small the RAMEN Restaurants were there. & they are supposed to be small for many reasons. Two main reasons are quality control of their food products & the speed of service. I did not have enough time to take out my phone to take the video when the one staff member had to cook 7 different bowls of noodles at the same time. I am sure any authentic RAMEN Restaurant pays attention to details & tries to make every order to perfection. Unfortunately, with the ambition of a larger seating area, they have to take some short cuts with the cooking line.
The service is WAY too slow...we waited for 40 minutes for two bowls of ramen. The server didn't even apologize or let us know that it'll take a while. The miso ramen was OK, but the vegetarian ramen barely had any tofu.
