Personnel insuffisant, peu loquace, pas de sourire (pourtant la réservation a été faite la veille & confirmée sur appel du restaurateur lui-même).

Manque d'assistance du serveur pour nous expliquer leurs menus.

Le temps de préparation est assez long (plus de 30 min.)

On nous informé à la toute fin, après paiement des factures, qu'on aurait pu avoir un menu dégustation composé de créations pour le même prix. Je me demande encore pourquoi.

Arrivés à 19h00, nous avons quittés un peu passé 21h30 sans que nous ayons étiré intentionnellement notre temps à table.

La qualité des mets vaut peut-être un 2e essai.
Nous verrons.

Polite but indifferent service. The food was similarly unremarkable. It was Valentines Day so they were of course very busy...still, its not like that would be a surprise right?
We did not have the sushi, which is their forte, so perhaps what we ordered were their weaker dishes.
