We were a small group of 5. The whole experience was cool. The fried food was dry. Since we were close to a robot station, we had no robot server. The service was terrible, we had to run after water refills. We find it very unfortunate that they include a 15% service fee, not letting us to decide what tip they truly deserve. It is almost like that they don't have to do any efforts for a tip. We advised our waiter & he apologized. Especially this was a Monday evening dinner.View more

Le personnel n'est pas intéressé à leur clientèle… on ne connaissait pas leur principe de buffet alors on a posé quelques questions mais on avait l'impression que le personnel pensait qu'on venait d'une autre planète… salle de toilette à revoir pour la propreté ça ne semble pas être une priorité.View more

I had a wonderful experience at this Korean restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious - full of authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, & generous portions. Every dish we tried was clearly made with care.
What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, & made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain the menu & made great recommendations.
