Across reviews, Kazo Ramen is described as a cozy, welcoming spot with consistently flavorful bowls, especially the creamy tonkotsu and the spicy paitan, plus a balanced broth and tender chashu. Service is repeatedly praised as fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is often noted as warm or cozy and inviting. Favorites like takoyaki, karaage and various ramens draw strong praise, with several diners calling it the best ramen in Lasalle or Montreal and a reliable go to for frequent visits. Value and quick service are common positives, though a few posts mention smaller portions, some menu items sold out, and occasional issues such as unclean toilets or decor choices like AI inspired decor that some felt dampened the mood. Overall, Kazo Ramen comes across as a highly regarded ramen destination with broad appeal and repeat visits, despite a small number of caveats.
Such amazing Ramen! Chris is fantastic. He always takes care of us & makes wonderful recommendations! But the food is absolutely outstanding! Definitely come here or order from here!
vegetarians of Lasalle! give this one a shot. Cute atmosphere, nice decor, timely service. i feel like within a blink-of-an-eye my glass of water was refilled without me having to look around for the waiter. great service from the gentleman today. Before tax & tip, $14somethin for the vegetarian ramen. Tasted delicious & very hearty. If I was more hungry I would have wanted a bigger portion size, but for today thankfully it was just-enough. great place, don't sleep on this spot. vegetarians give it a shot!

If I could give 4.5/5 stars I would, but I cannot.
For full transparency, I have been here 3-4 times. & I am writing this review as there is a special where I get free Takoyaki (my favorite) if I write an honest review. They made it clear that I did not need to write a good review, & so these are my honest thoughts.
I got two main dishes in order to give a more well-rounded review. I got Creamy Tonkotsu ramen, Karaage Don, & Takoyaki. The ramen was tasty as always. Good flavor, the pork was tender enough to melt in my mouth. Loved it.
Karaage Don. The fried chicken was good. Simple, had sauce to enhance taste, but I had a problem with the rice. The taste was fine, but it wasn't anything special, & wasn't sticky enough for me to eat with my chopsticks. That being said, I'll point out that I have mediocre chopstick skills.
Finally the side of Takoyaki. I am a fiend for Takoyaki, & I enjoy the Takoyaki here. Nice & creamy octopus balls. Would recommend!
Overall, a very nice experience. I have been coming here for about a year & a half, & it's always been good. On this visit I had Tonkotsu & Takoyaki & both were great. Some quick criticism I had were that the pork in the tonkotsu was a bit too salty & the noodles were lacking some salt. However, aside from this, the meal was really delicious.
La nourriture est merveilleuse, j'aimerais dire que c'est un bon qualité prix, mais non ce n'est pas assez cher pour la quantité & qualité de la nourriture !
