Very bad service. We waited for one hour for a table that we had reserved beforehand. They said they would take care of us after we continued to wait, but ended up not compensating for anything. Food was good but the service was not. Forgetful (asked for water four times before they came to refill it)

I had a fantastic dining experience at Karoun Restaurant in Laval yesterday. The food was excellent, & the prices were incredibly affordable. I highly recommend it for a delicious & budget-friendly meal.

Great service, nice atmosphere, good food. Some of the grill dishes aren't on the menu, for example if you want 1/2 kg grill plate (2 chick, 2 beef, 2 kebab) just ask the waiter. The kibbe naye (raw steak tartare) was ok, it could be more flavourful. We always enjoy the food here, & service is always good.
