Bad service never get my orders the right amount & the st the right time , about 2 hours waiting me & my wife they charged me 90% for fining I don't digest it to no one

Very disappointed with the service. We waited almost one hour for our food, & the dishes didn't even arrive together. They brought them one by one with long delays in between. We were very hungry & had to wait far too long. Not a good experience.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The waiting time was unacceptable. We waited an hour & a half without receiving any food, & now it has been two hours & I still haven't eaten anything.

No proper explanation, no apology, & no effort to make things right. This is not the level of service anyone expects when going out to eat. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but two hours with no food is simply not acceptable.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.

I came to this sushi restaurant very hungry, hoping for a good meal, but it was a huge disappointment. The sushi did not taste fresh at all, the quality was very poor, & the service was slow & unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money. I will not be coming back.

Si vous commandez des plateaux à emporter, comptez bien. Il se pourrait que l'employée qui s'occupe de les placer en pige pour son souper.

On appelle pour les informer & la gérante nous informe qu'un morceau ce n'est pas si grave... que ça fait 12 ans que cette employée travaille là, ça fait donc 12 ans qu'elle mange au frais des clients... Le pire, c'est qu'elle choisi les meilleures sortes, ceux qui sont frit.

Un sushi par ci, un par là & elle vient d'avoir un bon souper sur le dos des clients.

Toujours un excellent endroit pour les amateurs de sushis à volonté ! Le prix par personne est raisonnable, la nourriture est très bonne, fraîche & variée, & le personnel est accueillant & attentionné.
