I ordered a Kebab Libre & specifically requested no onions. Unfortunately, when I got home, the first bite revealed the sandwich was full of onions. This was disappointing, as fulfilling a simple request like omitting an ingredient is crucial, especially for those with allergies or intolerances. As a customer, it's frustrating to spend money & time during a lunch break on a meal that can't be eaten.
The new location kept the best of Plateau locations & added a better seating area. Their chicken panko sandwich continue being a 5 out of 5 stars for me, made fresh to order with a very tasty chicken, veggies & sauce. We were a company of 6 & my family tried the sandwich for the first time - everyone left full & satisfied.

On a goûté le sandwich kebab on a adoré! Super bon, super parfumé! On reviendra pour le remanger & goûter le reste! En plus on a été super bien accueilli & les prix sont vraiment raisonnables

Honestly a great sandwish place! I find it hard to get tasty & exciting vegetarian sandwiches & Kahwa delivered. I asked extra Kahwa sauce in my roatsted veggie sandwish… a freaking delight!!!
I've tried all of their sandwiches, & they're truly amazing! The quality is always fresh & consistent. The bread is homemade, & their in-house sauce is absolutely delicious.
Les sandwichs sont savoureux, mais l'expérience globale laisse à désirer. Le service est très lent & désorganisé. Il y a eu de la confusion dans notre commande, simplement qu'on avait demandé pas tout garni. L'aménagement de l'arrière du restaurant semble inachevé & l'organisation en cuisine semble chaotique. De plus, l'absence de séparation entre le comptoir préparation & les clients soulève des questions d'hygiène. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais plusieurs aspects doivent être améliorés.
Chicken Panko is an absolute winner. Kebab sandwich was solid. Bread is so interesting because it's thin & thoroughly baked but still fluffy on the inside. House sauces are nice. Just a 5/5 sandwich simple as that.
