So I'be been about a half dozen times. When I go to an all you can eat my expectations aren't the highest however at this location my issue is definitely inconsistency in the service which I feel makes it difficult to recommend to others.
The food is relatively quick. I don't have an issue per day about food quality here but I will admit it was better some times than others (for example regarding sushi rice quality).
The service can be fairly cold, the very last time I went it took time just to get water which was served after my initial food order. Doesn't seem like they mind if tables are clean or not (just something I've observed).
The second to last time is where I definitely received an unacceptable experience. Very cold out & we do a lineup (myself & a friend) only to be told once we get to the front that it's a half hour wait for a table. Would be reasonable to announce to the lineup that This the case. Lastly the same manager that told us this is openly scolding another staff member in front of clients ; don't feel that this is professional.
I went one last time afterwards , to give it another chance but I think it's safe to say there's better options in the area.

It was my first time at this place, i loved the animation on the wall & the food was very good honestly, don't do the same rookie mistake as me don't order too much cause you would not be able to finish it. i recommend it 1000%

On est arrivé sans réservation un samedi soir à 19h; on nous a dit que l'attente était de 2h. Finalement, 40min plus tard, on avait une table! Les sushis sont frais, délicieux & plus gros & garnis qu'à d'autres endroits. Je vous recommande de réserver, sinon soyez prêts à attendre. L'ambiance de studio Ghibli est magnifique! Je reviendrai certainement!

Étant un grand fan de spécialité japonaise & surtout un grand (gros?) mangeur de sushis, il était naturel que je teste ce restaurant à volonté... & le moins que l'on puisse dire c'est que c'était une découverte exceptionnel ! All You Can Eat à l'aide d'une tablette, que ce soit le midi ou le soir la sélection reste très large & les produits sont frais & très bon. Le service est globalement rapide (K2 comme Manga Bistro) & le personnel est adorable. Si vous souhaitez une table le soir & le week-end, il est préférable de réserver. Je recommande fortement !
