One of the coolest cafés in Montreal.
The design, the atmosphere, the pastries, & the matcha, everything is on point, couldn't be better.
The friendliest staff.
Definitely worth checking out.

My favorite neighborhood cafe, I come at least once a week to get a latte & the chocolate stout cake or the breakfast sandwich. All the baristas are nice but gab always takes extra special care.

Service très décevant. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons ressenti un malaise évident. La barista avait une attitude fermée & condescendante, avec des regards insistants & peu accueillants, ce qui met rapidement mal à l'aise.

Nous avons eu l'impression d'être jugés sur notre apparence, ce qui n'a rien à voir avec l'expérience qu'on s'attend à recevoir dans un café de quartier. Le service était froid, & à contrecoeur comme si notre présence dérangeait.

C'est dommage, car l'endroit a du potentiel, mais ce genre d'attitude nuit complètement à l'expérience client. Un minimum de respect & de professionnalisme devrait être la base, peu importe qui se présente.

Accueil très irrespectueux par l'employé.
Aucun bonjour.
Quand je dis bonjour à l'employé, j'ai juste droit à pincement de lèvres & à un regard qui exprime le dégoût.
Je sens bien que je ne me sens pas le bienvenu ici, ce qui est très dommage car j'y ai déjà bu du bon café.
L'employé est clairement remplie de jugements.
Me sentant inconfortable je suis parti. La personne en arrière de moi a été plus chanceuse car elle a eu droit à un bel accueil.
Plus jamais je ne remettrai les pieds ici.
