This restaurant did a wonderful job catering a mothers day event & even closed down the restaurant for us! The food was delicious & the servers were wonderful, would highly recommend for further events.

I had such a great experience at Juliette & Chocolat on Sauvé! The place is super cozy & really well decorated, it feels warm & welcoming as soon as you walk in. I loved all the little chocolate-themed details, it made the whole vibe even sweeter. I especially liked the presentation for the cappuccino manière Juliette!
The service was amazing too. Our waitress was a beautiful young girl that was really friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they care about their customers & want you to have a good time.
I'll definitely be coming back. Between the cozy atmosphere & the great service, it's the perfect spot for a treat or just to relax with friends!
On a attendu vraiment longtemps avant que le serveur vient alors que la place était quand même vide. Les ustensiles étaient sales, quand on l'a dit au serveur il les a changé mais elles étaient encore tachées… J'avais demandé une boule de crème glacée en extra sur ma crêpe je l'ai même pas eu. Le design intérieur du café est beau c'est tout ce que j'ai aimé
Every time I went it was empty. Prices are beyond extreme, especially for the portions & the food served. Staff is nice, though. Wheelchair accessible but door impossible to open even for strong body-abled people. I don't know if there's a bathroom. Not worth my money, even if I love chocolate.
Breakfast in Quebec without ham or bacon. Beware, this place has a special menu, not the regular menu from other Juliet places. While most restaurants have a halal friendly dish, these guys opted to have only halal, no Quebec typical breakfast. Decency & tolerence doesn't goes both ways it seems.

The menu has changed since I last visited.. fewer options & more expensive.. like everywhere else right now. The service was lovely. At one point we started smelling cigarette smoke in the restaurant.. don't know if someone was smoking in the bathroom or what, but it took away from the experience. All in all, I'm not blown away. Wouldn't go back unless it was the chosen spot by my guests.
Coup de coeur à cette succursale de Joliette & Chocolat. Nous avait été servis rapidement malgré que les tables étaient bondées de monde. Le personnel bien accueillant & souriant. Bravo pour l'excellent service !
