I ordered El Causita, the flavor was there, I also liked the different textures with the crispy potato & starchy choclo + the portion was fair. However the meat was way too tough & chewy (over 2 minutes of awkwardly trying to get through each piece & then deep flossing) which really took from the eating experience especially taking the price into account. Maybe considering thinner slices & a tenderizing marinade would for sure elevate the dish!
