Mac & cheese tasted weird, it was bland, grainy & i thought i was eating plain noodles because it was so bland. The poutine was not that good, fries were not crispy even if i asked for sauce on the side, also very bland no salt, the only thing that was salty was the cheese but the fries no taste. Maybe the burger would have been better but I wont be coming back not worth it for the price at all.

It was my first time here, didn t expect chicken to be that delicious, very tender, juicy & I liked a lot jack le coq sauce with pickles savor. The servers are kind, very clean, & calm. Will definetely add this to my list of favorite restaurants. Thank you

Je prends quelques minutes pour vous écrire concernant notre récente visite dans votre restaurant.

Je dois avouer que j'avais très hâte d'essayer Jack le Coq. J'apprécie beaucoup la famille Abatiello & la réputation de vos établissements. Étant de passage pour visiter de la famille, je voyais même d'un bon oeil l'arrivée éventuelle d'un restaurant dans notre région.

Malheureusement, notre expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Pour une famille de 5 personnes, notre facture s'est élevée à près de 85 $, ce qui représente un montant important pour nous. À ce prix, nous nous attendions à une qualité & une expérience supérieures à ce que nous avons reçu.

Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre habituellement, mais en quittant le restaurant, toute la famille avait le sentiment que le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous. Honnêtement, nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir payé davantage pour une expérience qui nous a moins satisfaits que d'autres options comme Benny ou St-Hubert.

Je vous écris simplement pour vous faire part de notre déception & pour savoir si cette expérience reflète réellement les standards de votre bannière. J'espère sincèrement qu'il s'agit d'une situation exceptionnelle, car j'avais beaucoup d'attentes envers votre marque.
