I spent $60 to get nothing. I scheduled My pick up time on the app during their advertised open hours. Their app only allows you to schedule a pick up time during their open hours. I diverted off the highway, which cost me an extra hour of my time, but that was worth it to get this good food. The problem is they were closed. I arrived at exactly my pick up time & their doors were locked. The lights were off, & nobody was inside. I called customer service, & the girl hung up on me. I sent in a form from the app requesting assistance, & after several days I still do not have a refund, an explanation, or even an apology. This place feels like a scam. It's too bad because I tried it in Quebec city several days before & it was absolutely wonderful. I was excited to bring some home to share with my wife. Instead, I still had 12 more hours to drive with an overnight stop, no food, less money in my pocket, & a very poor impression of this company.

C'était notre première fois & nous ne sommes pas impressionnés. 2e fois avec un restaurant salvatore & pour la 2e fois déçue. Service pas assez rapide par rapport à la quantité de personnes en attente, tables toutes sales autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur, difficile de trouver un endroit impeccable pour s'asseoir (chaises y compris). La nourriture était bonne. Nous avons mangé les tendres rouges & nashville, c'était bon, mais une seule sauce est insuffisant avec 2 filets + patates frites. Nous avions plein d'abeilles autour de nous à l'extérieur, donc nous suspectons qu'il y a un nid autour.
