Trop d'attente malgré les réservations , samedi soir 45 minutes d'attente inacceptable aucune explication aucune excuse c'était ma dernière visite dans cet établissement !

La meilleure pizza à Laval, si ce n'est de la région métropolitaine... Une croûte bien croustillante, de belles garnitures généreuses & une sauce qui fait plus que le travail. Un service sympathique & attentionné en plus. Définitivement à y retourner.
J'avais réservé pour 19:00 dans la salle à manger, mais nous avons dû attendre 40 minutes avant d'être assigné à notre table, alors que nous étions à l'heure. Ils avaient donné notre table à quelqu'un d'autre par erreur. À deux reprises, ils ont tenté de nous installer dans la section bar, alors que la réservation disait clairement section salle à manger. Toutefois, le service de notre serveur était bon.
Service convivial & chaleureux. Nourriture délicieuse (Tartare & pizza calabrese !) Belle grande table pour un groupe de 11. Merci au gentil valet qui a aidé ma maman qui est à mobilité réduite. Bref, une très belle expérience.
Super soirée, service étais parfait, notre serveur Christopher a été a la hauteur de nos attente, beau décor, bonne bouffe, super service, quoi demande de mieux.

This is a nice place (located in the Laval shopping mall) ,Pizza is good, but they push the pricey drinks, which are almost as high as the food.
The terrace is in the parking lot, which is usually okay , but today we had a bad experience with ANTS crawling all over the table. Terrible to have ants crawling up your legs & on the table when you're eating.
The waiter was professional & acknowledge the issue ,but management or at least the manager that was there did nothing at all. He didn't even come by, just ignore it completely.
The ANTS didn't bother me as much as the manger's lack of respect for a paying customer.
We paid the full amount with a generous tip for the waiter as he was very pleasant (the ant infestation was not his fault & he helped to swat away a few ants from the table).
In the end, we left disappointed with this restaurant & will never return.

Really good food. I highly recommend the Gnocchi Poutine as a starter. It's rich & a little heavy, but well worth it. The wood burning stove pizzas are awesome although a little on the salty side. The ambience & decor has that "Industrial" look with very high, open ceilings. We went on a Tuesday so not so crowded but still the sounds resonates making it rather loud. Imagine when the place is full capacity? All-in-all, I enjoyed the experience & would go back again.
On your Sunday menu which includes wine, the wine arrived as we were finishing the main course regardless of the fact I mentioned it to the waitress. Still waited another 10 minutes
The service was excellent our server was fast charming & very professional. The appetizers & pizza were very good. Unfortunately the pasta dishes were not good penne a la gigi the sauce had a burnt taste & the pasta in both the penne a la gigi & the rapini & sausage was not al dente but under cooked. When we got our bill we were surprised to see that our server was nice enough not to charge us for the pasta dish. She was amazing! We might consider trying it again maybe the cook was having an off day with the pasta dishes.
