The lamb & coriander dumplings are great! The moment you walk in, you'll feel at home. The standout dish is undoubtedly the lamb & coriander dumplings. They're simple yet incredibly flavorful. The lamb is tender, & the coriander adds a refreshing twist. The dumpling wrappers are just right. No need for fancy words; these dumplings are a must-try, & the whole experience is incredible!

Ordered the pork & green onion dumplings; every bite was hot & juicy, though the flavor was only ok. I wish they informed me orally that there’s extra fees of $1.5 for ordering the pan seared dumplings. Despite that the service was very pleasant & friendly.

I recently dined at a Impression Dumpling restaurant, & while the food was undeniably authentic to Chinese cuisine, I must admit that I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped to be. I ordered a dumpling bowl, & there was something missing in terms of flavor & overall satisfaction. While I appreciated the authenticity, the lackluster experience left me giving it a three out of five stars.
