Tried Iku Ramen after passing by a few times & finally decided to give it a shot.

The interior could use some improvement, but the overall ambiance is still solid enough for a casual meal.

The karaage was a standout. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, & packed with flavor. Definitely one of the highlights.

The takoyaki, on the other hand, was a miss. Slightly overcooked & lacking the softness you'd expect.

Ramen was strong overall. The tonkotsu leaned a bit light on seasoning, could use more salt to bring it to life. The black garlic ramen, though, delivered. Rich, deep, & extremely flavorful. Every bite pulled you back in.

Overall, a solid spot. Budget-friendly, generous portions, & worth coming back to.

Très bon ramen, j'ai connu y'a 2 ans peu de temps après l'ouverture alors que visitait une amie resident à Verdun. Je viens d'y retourner, partant de Villeray parce j'avais souvenir que c'était très bon. & généreux comme portion.

& ça l'est autant sinon plus qu'à mon souvenir.
En plus l'ambiance est encore plus sympathique & cute avec toutes ces images & figurines de chats dispersées ci & là dans le restaurant.

Tout pour dire que je recommande que vous soyez du quartier ou non. 😍
