Les avis décrivent Iconoglace comme une adresse phare pour des glaces audacieuses et originales avec de nombreuses options véganes, préparées avec des ingrédients de qualité et des portions généreuses. Le service est rapide et sympathique, l'ambiance est animée avec un espace intérieur agréable et une terrasse à l'arrière, et les files peuvent être longues mais l'expérience est jugée largement satisfaisante. Même si certains jours montrent des goûts un peu trop sucrés ou des textures moins parfaites, les changements de saveurs chaque semaine et les créations de sundaes et de glaces molles innovantes convainquent la plupart des visiteurs et donnent envie de revenir.

Caution to nut allergy folks! I went in when it was busy recently, so I understood when they got my order wrong & gave me dairy-free ice cream instead of the regular. The staff were nice about it & made it again no problem. Only the second time around I found a couple of stray peanut butter cup chunks at the bottom (I ordered oreo Ouragan). My partner being extremely allergic to peanut butter could have paid a visit to the hospital as we often share ice cream. Luckily they took a little bit from the top of the soft serve & not the bottom of the cup. They were not harmed. I worry this business is as chaotic as their menu on the wall, or maybe they're overwhelmed as it's seems to be so popular. It's okay the order can go wrong the first time but it feels like a food safety issue to have this kind of cross contamination.
This place tries hard but I always leave unsatisfied. Their soft serve is not frozen enough for Sundays, drumstick etc, comes almost melted. Watery milkshakes. Soft serve on its own is good but there is room to improve.
The baklava ice cream is beyond! The only problem is that the syrup was more at the bottom, & it was pretty hard to mix, so the top was just vanilla ice cream & the last couple of spoons were too sweet. But still very good
Faut faire une demi heure de file faut revoir le service ou optimiser afin d'avoir une fluidité ,logistique ..Mais sinon tout est extra mais je déteste faire la file 9
