I got the vegan pistachio scooped ice cream dipped in hazelnut milk chocolate in a waffle cone. Delicious.

First visit here.
Maybe 5 people ahead of me in line-up waiting to order themselves when I arrived. Even more had already ordered. All in all I had my order within maybe 3 minutes.
Price point fair. Size generous. Menu diversity 👌 & milk substitutes.
Will definitely return & recommend.

Les produits sont exceptionnels, l'expérience est toujours à la hauteur & la qualité est + qu'impressionnante année après année.

Je viens de tomber sur 2-3 avis d'une étoile & je suis honnêtement speechless. 😅

C'est fascinant de voir certaines personnes juger en quelques secondes un travail qui demande des centaines d'heures de préparation, de gestion, d'efforts & de sacrifices. Les clients voient 15 minutes de leur journée pendant que l'équipe du Icono, elle, vit ce projet à 100 miles à l'heure chaque jour.

Le client n'est pas toujours roi. La qualité, la passion & le travail acharné méritent aussi du respect. C'est tellement facile de basher une entreprise derrière un écran sans réaliser tout ce qui se passe en arrière-scène.

Continuez votre excellent travail. Ceux qui ont déjà bâti une entreprise ou géré une équipe comprennent exactement tout ce qui se cache derrière chaque commande.

Tried the swirly softie yesterday after hearing all the hype about this place. Excellent wordplay branding. So, chocolate & coconut swirly … &? I was thoroughly underwhelmed. It was virtually tasteless, on either side of this duet. No coconut aroma to be had, & the chocolate taste was barely perceptible. Maybe when they pile on the flashy extras you may have a different mouth experience, but the basic ingredients are very disappointing. Much ado about nothing. Tried the Givrés' ginger last week, & that is an exuberant experience, lots of front-end pizazz, more impressive than the Bilboqet's ginger, albeit the latter has more back-end depth.

BTW, the ordering process at Iconoglace is antiquated, far from optimal, the place is teeming with people milling about because of serving delays, & even with an apparently rare, short lineup (all inside the store, no one waiting outside) the noise & chaos in the front area is such that when you are served (4 people ahead of me in line, 10 min to get to the front to order, then 10 min wait to get my cone), the person behind the counter yells out your number at the top of his lungs, over the heads of patrons, in French & English, barely discernible over the din. That should clearly be automated, with a screen showing the number being served & a loudspeaker announcing it from 2 different locations behind the crowd.

The place is super overrated, only because somehow it became a trend, it went to the point that it is now overpriced as well. The ice cream itself melts super fast & it's not worth all that wait.
