By far the best ice cream I've had in Montreal. They make new flavours & every time it's so refreshing & not heavy. The chocolate & passion fruit is favourite!
Très bonnes variétés de sundays. Les prix sont raisonnables compte tenu de la quantité & de la qualité. L'ambiance à l'intérieur est chaleureuse & reflète bien l'esprit local. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace à l'arrière, qui mène à une terrasse extérieure avec des tables.
Dans l'ensemble, je donne un 9/10. Une excellente crémerie à découvrir !

Nice ice cream varieties & the staff are great & very helpful. Very crowded but of course it's understandable. The ice cream flavours are very creative!
There was a long queue to get the ice cream on Friday at 9:50pm, but all is well when it ends well.. The girl at the counter was helpful enough .. the ice cream was fair enough ..

10/10 experience. The ice cream is amazing! Even the vanilla soft serve had such a yummy milky flavour. Amazing & friendly staff that gave a killer recommendation. The huge line was intimidating but it only took like 10 minutes max. I recommend reading the menu ahead of time to not slow it down at busy times as it's a bit hard to read in line. Worth the hype & will be back!
Les glaces sont incroyablement bonnes !! Que ce soit la version originale ou vegane. J'ai testé le sundae Lady in red & le Mont-Royal version vegane, tous les deux étaient excellents. Ce n'est pas écoeurant & pas trop sucré, c'est vraiment parfait. C'est ma nouvelle passion de l'été. Je recommande à 10000%

Really impressive ice cream! The flavors are bold & true to what they're supposed to be - the pistachio actually tasted like real pistachio, & the chocolate was rich & deep, not just sugary. You can tell they use fresh, natural ingredients with no artificial colors or preservatives. Plus, there's a wide variety of flavors to choose from.
Price is on the higher compared to other ice cream joints.
Service:
Super fast & efficient. The staff really know their ice cream, which is great considering how many options they offer. I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations - they clearly know their product well.
Atmosphere:
It's a small spot with only a few places to sit, so most people grab their ice cream & go. Not a hangout-type place, but it's clean & well-maintained. Perfect for a quick stop on a warm day.
Definitely worth a visit if you're into high-quality, natural ice cream!

The best place for those of us with lactose intolerance! Even with my IBS, which gives me a LOT of sensitivities to a wide assortment of items, I've never had issues with Iconoglace. Fantastic service as always, staff is amazingly quick even during rush yet still very friendly! It's my all time favorite ice cream place, & the only one I've found that I can pick the vast majority of flavors without compromising.
The only thing I would say is that their cheesecake flavors are not lactose free, but that's my only'complaint', & only because as most lactose intolerant people, I love cheese. But that's really the only'negative', if you can even call it that
