Disappointed by the customer service.
Some avocado hosomakis were missing from my command, I have paid for them so I let know, & they didn't even propose a refund, or a replacement.
For some sushis….Too bad to lose a customer & get a bad comment for that.
Love this place! Vibe was so cozy & the staff was super nice! The table had cat mats perfect spot for a first date!
Honestly i dont leave reviews, but it was real good, price to quantity is unreal & they are very quick.
i recommend.
Fantastic sushi! The wonton soup was very good as well. Would come back here, without a doubt! The salmon was so fresh & delicious!
Great little sushi place. We shares one of the chef's choice platters, it was amazing. Great quality, not too expensive.
Racist & unwelcoming owners! I said I would take out the food & later changed my mind & asked if I could sit inside & they rudely said'No' & I was like'I can't sit here & eat?' & they were like'Nope you can't!' even though all the tables were empty & nobody was there.. When the order was ready I said'Thank you' & they were just rudely staring with a straight face… very rude & cold hosts & bad experience! Don't visit as the owners have no manners or courtesy!
The experience here is luxurious, the owners are amazing, they welcomed me with joy & even handed me a small gift snack. It's your sign to support local businesses like this one.
To wanxu Li: You chose to dine in & receive full table service, & you also chose not to leave a tip. In Montreal, tipping is a basic part of the dining culture. We cannot accept guests enjoying full service while completely ignoring this common practice.
Our restaurant takes pride in attentive service, fresh ingredients, & delicious food. We welcome guests from all over the world, but regardless of where someone comes from, basic respect & an understanding of local dining customs are expected.
We had a disappointing experience here during our short visit to Montreal. When we first walked in, we noticed staff whispering while looking in our direction. We originally planned to just order a small portion of sushi for takeout since we weren't very hungry, but ended up ordering more & dining in. After the meal, when we chose not to leave a tip, the waitress questioned whether it was our first time in Montreal & said she didn't believe us. She then told us that if we didn't tip, we should clean our own table. Regardless of tipping culture, speaking to customers this way is unprofessional & made the experience uncomfortable. If you don't know how to treat tourists then do not accept dine-in.
