If ever i'm in a coma, put this bowl of pho in my face & I will wake up.
First off the service was SO speedy. Within 10 minutes of being seated, our order had been taken & both, our entrées & pho were served.
The imperial rolls were HUGE & so crispy. They were easily the best, freshest imperial rolls I've ever eaten. I've rated them 9.5/10
The pho, I genuinely have no words. I usually like my pho with hoisin sauce, but the broth of this pho was too good to add anything to it. It was fresh, & steamy but not too hot to burn my mouth. I rated this bowl of pho as a 9.5/10 as well.
The service was incredible. I've never been to a restaurant where my order & food was served all within 10 minutes. Other people in the restaurant would arrive & order immediately, then their food would be out within 5 minutes. I was truly impressed.
The most delicious PHO soup I have ever had. Portions are big. The imperial rolls are amazing. They have 3 sauces on the table to tailor your soup to your taste (sweet/spicy/savoury), but I always eat mine as-is, after adding the basil & sprouts 😋 10/10

Had the pho & it was good..I bought the spring roll to go & what a disappointment..they just grabbed it by the cashier like it was premade (don't know how long ago it was made)..went & tried it at the hotel & the noodles was hard..like you need to boil it again…won't be going back anytime soon…
Good food & good pho but downtown location seems of the same chain seems better. Rather Impressive with the service. Will come again & will recommend to others to come as well
Update on jan 30: portions got smaller even for large size noodle Pho. Add extra noodles is now $5 for a small bowl of additional noodles (from 2$, jumped 3$). Complete rip off. Used to be a good restaurant. Not sure i would recommend it. Service is now so so even though they have many staff on the floor. A transparent roll of shrimp & vermicelli is now 8$ for 2 pieces. Price went up! 😅😅
We stopped at I Am Pho in Brossard on a weekday evening during a road trip, hoping for a quick & satisfying meal before getting back on the road. The restaurant definitely delivered on speed-the food came out almost immediately after we ordered, which we really appreciated.
We started with the salad rolls, which were fresh & a great light appetizer. For our mains, we ordered a bun bowl, a rice plate, & the bun bo hue noodle soup. The portion sizes across the board were generous, making it a good value for a fast stop. The bun bowl was tasty, though the amount of meat felt a little sparse, & the bun bo hue also had minimal protein, leaving the dish a bit unbalanced. The broth overall could have used a bit more depth & flavor.
The service was not bad at all-the staff were courteous & efficient. The seating area is spacious, & although the lighting is slightly dim, it creates a warm & cozy feeling when you walk in.
Overall, I Am Pho is a convenient place to grab a quick bite, especially if you're on the go & don't want to wait. Fast service, friendly staff, & generous portions make it a solid option for a quick, casual meal.
The food was absolutely amazing! We had the #7 & #17 (apologies, don't remember the names!) & 2 imperial rolls. The food was delicious, hot, & fresh. The staff were very friendly & the restaurant was very clean. Can't wait to come back!
One of the better pho places in Brossard in my opinion in terms of quality & consistency. The broth just feels more clear & less heavy, & the taste is on point! Their imperial rolls are better than regular ones because they wrap them in rice paper & then fry them, creating a crispier texture than your standard imperial roll. For some reason, I always get large everywhere else, but over here, I can never finish a large no matter how famished I am, so I have to resort to downsizing to a medium bowl of pho. Vietnamese iced coffee very very very good & instead of large ice cubes that take up insanely amount of space in the cup, they recently switched to crushed ice.
The beef pho here is absolutely delicious, especially when you add chili flakes & extra rare beef slices. The broth is rich & flavorful, making it a comforting & satisfying meal. However, the consistency can be a hit or miss-sometimes it's perfectly balanced, while other times it leans too salty or too bland.
On the bright side, the fresh spring rolls are some of the best I've ever had. Fresh, light, & packed with flavor, they're a must-try.
Service-wise, most of the staff are very friendly & accommodating, which is great. However, the male cashier (the one who looks like he's balding) really needs an attitude check. He's impatient & serves with an energy that makes it seem like he hates his job. We're paying for both the food & the service, so the least he can do is treat customers with a bit more respect.
I ordered #16 a chicken & roll salad, which was very tasty. I just wished they had added some herbs, cilantro, mint, perilla or anything to add a little Vietnamese twist to this delicious salad. Service was fast & kind.
