Les assiettes étaient très bonnes , bonne quantité mais le service n'était pas constant & j'ai demandé 3 fois de chanter bonne fête à ma mère & ils ne l'ont jamais fait ! De plus nos verres d'eau n'ont été rempli que 2 fois en 3 heures

Belle place j'ai bien aimé le service la serveuse ma fait un drink que j'ai jamais vue & c'était giouuuuuuu!! Je reviendrai Kan j'aurai d'autres date..si j'ai pas déjà ma femme🤷
26$ for a flat beat steak with no bone? Signature burger with over cooked meat & non toasted bun without the cream cheese it said it is supposed to have, waiter never asked how our entrees & dinner was. The sweet potatoe fries were decent though. The so called butterfly shrimp was good but they were definitely not butterfly they were way too small & skinny to be butterfly. Also it was very weird how one steak had grilled vegetables but the other was steamed. Also very weird that the beer list was not in the menu or the wine card. Something else that weirded me out was how, for a restaurant of that standard, there was no drink suggestions on the menu items. Beer had no fizz.

Honestly, I was not impressed at all! It was not the first time I have ever gone to Houston's' ; even though it has been quiet a bit of time I hadn't returned. First of all, I toke 2-4 bites of my meal, which I had ordered a salad with chicken pieces ( California style ) meal & had no idea or was even told that the chicken was super spicy ! I do NOT tolerate or even like anything spicy at all & the least the waitress could have done is advise me; knowing the menu ( I would presume ) would be to reassure that the client is aware that this type of chicken is very hot (spicy).
I paid for a meal that I did not even eat & the price of a simple salad is 15$ ...which I find really absurd as well....seeing that you pay the salad 1$
Secondly, I wasted the next 15 minutes with a burning ; uncomfortable sensation on my tongue & lips; having to keep my mouth in a glass of water the whole type.... so next I ordered a bowl of ice cream ; in order to sooth this very uncomfortable feeling. After, I realised that one ball of ice cream was not enough, I re-ordered another scoop. much to my surprise, I waited 15 minutes before even receiving the second bowl of ice cream... the waitress telling me that there was an order of salads that had to go through before my order of ice cream !!! seriously !!!!
on top of all that..... water was only served once to the tables ..... water should be something that is constantly being done over the course of the evening; I have worked as a waitress myself & that was not impressive at all....we were all really thirsty & my colleagues mentioned it to me a few times as well.
overall, I was very disappointed & don't believe on returning any time soon ! I think a bit of structure is required in training the waiters & waitresses a little bit more on what should be prioritized & learn about their menus a bit more as well.

C'était une soirée resto-illumi pour l'anniversaire de nos mères.
On avait prévu 1h50 pour manger. Ce qui est habituellement amplement suffisant.
À notre arrivée, mon conjoint demande une banquette. L'hôtesse refuse prétextant qu'elles sont toutes réservées alors qu'une banquette à proximité de notre table a été libre tout au long de notre repas.
Il n'y avait plus de Coca-Cola ou Pepsi & le vin que nous voulions n'était pas disponible. Toutefois on nous en a proposé un autre de la même gamme & offert un rabais de 5$. Bon point !
Le service a été long. Visiblement notre gentille serveuse ne suffisait pas à la quantité de clients.
La soupe était très salée mais bonne & les steaks trop cuits pour deux d'entre nous (médium-bien cuit au lieu de saignant ... ça fait une bonne différence). Comme cela avait pris tellement de temps avant qu'on les reçoive, on avait pas le temps de les retourner alors on les a mangé. Très décevant !
Notre repas incluait les desserts du moment. On les commande en demandant l'addition en même temps. 25 minutes plus tard, on ne les avait toujours pas alors j'ai du les demander pour emporter.
Il faut croire que ce n'était pas notre soirée.
Dommage pour nos mamans !

This was our 4th year having our Office Christmas party there & once again they did a great job. The food was great & the service was wonderful. I highly recommend.
Staff tres aimable & serviable. Les plats étaient tres bons, bonne ambiance cote bar. En general tres bonne experience. Merci au directeur Danny pour le tres bon acceuil ainsi qu a Magalie pour le tres bon service.
