For a restaurant in the airport, the service is surprisingly slow. It took close to 5 minutes before our order was taken & another 25 mins before our food arrived. The service was nice & polite but not very fast. The food was quite expensive as well for the portion given but since it is in the airport, it is not too surprising as well. Each plate was around 30$ plus tax & everything. The food itself was not amazing either, the popcorn shrimp was overcooked & too crunchy which made it not that great & the flavours was a bit strange as well. I wish they would put the sauce on the side instead so that I could have dipped into the sauce instead of having so much of it & not liking it. The tacos were much better in terms of texture & flavours.

Great set-up, reasonably quick & courteous service. But my steak came up bland & chewy. Almost impossible to cut it using bread knife. Yes, no steak knife inside the secured area of airport.😁
Had breakfast at Houston before boarding my flight. For the deluxe breakfast for $23.49 which was a bit pricey but very filling. Ended up paying $12.49 for a coffee because I agreed to a shot of baileys so definitely overpriced considering it was filtered coffee & not a latte style'Irish coffee'. But, it was delicious & I enjoyed it & it's always nice having a drink at the airport. My waitress was amazing, I was sitting at the bar & she was very sweet & on the ball. Great experience, happy I picked this place over the Starbucks.

The host was Very Rude.
The waitress was also rude but when she brought me my check, she apologized bc was very busy. Unacceptable!!!! I totally understand if someone is busy, but that does NOT give u the right to be rude.

Even accounting for the fact that this is airport food, it's quite mixed. I'm not convinced there isn't a better option in Terminal C. The burger was good but $30! & the nachos would have been fine but the chips were stale. Food took 25min to arrive (which, in fairness, we were warned about by the host). In the end we paid $100 for meal+tip for a burger, a beer, & some stale nachos.
I've been here today & it was just amazing the taste , service & the super Caroline who served me thanks for her service , smile & welcoming keep it up .
Definetly I will come back 🫶💕
The burger was tasty & cappuccino as well amazing !
Food was okay for airport food. Nothing really spectacular, but good enough for some fuel. I'm not sure if they were short handed but service was pretty slow.
