Chef Petro, inspired by his mother Anna’s deep love for cooking Greek dishes and her fascination with Ancient Greek mythology, decided to honor her in a unique way. His mother had instilled in him a profound appreciation for both traditional Greek cuisine and the enchanting tales of the gods.In tribute to her influence and her admiration for Hermes, the messenger of the gods, Petro named his new restaurant “Hermès.” The establishment combines the rich flavors of Greek culinary heritage with a touch of mythological charm, creating a dining experience that celebrates both his grandmother’s legacy and the timeless allure of Greek mythology.

What a hidden gem in Rosemere. We were served promptly & the food was delicious we had both chicken & pork gyro & it did not disappoint.

I highly recommend this new hidden gem in Rosemère. The pork gyro plate & the Athena gyro chicken bowl were simply deelish. Greek home made food that's flavoured to perfection! Wishing you all great success.

Update: went back last night & got a few more pork gyros & some fries, gyros are absolutely amazing, one of my favorites. Staff is still super friendly. Fries are good but not my style. I prefer fresh cut potatoes. This is definitely the best gyro on the north shore hands down!

Staff is SUPER friendly, went there last night for take out, took 2 gyro, amazing, in my top 3 gyros, prices are good, didn't have time to try anything else but from what I hear the fries are amazing too, will make a more in-depth review & update mine next time.

Just had an excellent experience eating here with my family. The gyro was exceptional. My daughter's pork souvlaki was excellent. Quality ingredients & great service. It's really nice to have an excellent dine-in & pick up option on the North Shore. Wishing you guys the best, we will definitely be back!!

It was a delivery order. My order arrived warm more on the colder side. Food was good ,tasty, but portioned for the price .My complete order was a chicken gyro plate that came with fries,rice salade, a pork gyros plate, & 2 pork gyro pitas. Three star given because of food temperature & portion.
