Chef Petro, inspired by his mother Anna’s deep love for cooking Greek dishes and her fascination with Ancient Greek mythology, decided to honor her in a unique way. His mother had instilled in him a profound appreciation for both traditional Greek cuisine and the enchanting tales of the gods.In tribute to her influence and her admiration for Hermes, the messenger of the gods, Petro named his new restaurant “Hermès.” The establishment combines the rich flavors of Greek culinary heritage with a touch of mythological charm, creating a dining experience that celebrates both his grandmother’s legacy and the timeless allure of Greek mythology.

I can't believe we have this gem of a restaurant in Rosemère!! By far the best authentic Greek food I've eaten in a long time if not ever! The place is etched out of a little village in Greece, the food is absolutely incredible, the service is impeccable!! Costa & the whole team made us feel like we walked into our home. The gyro was burnt & nearly inedible, which really threw off the whole meal. The sides-potatoes, rice, fries, & salad-were good.
That said, I'm willing to give it another try. Everyone has off days, & hopefully next time will be better.View more
