Service here was great, all waiters were very friendly & helpful. Drink machine was down so was only left with water, & food quality/taste was mediocre as any other hotpot place.

Première fois pour nous. C'est un petit peu cher, mais nous apprendrons au cours de notre séjour que le Québec, c'est cher. Bref, le serveur très sympathique nous explique tout. On choisi un bouillon, il amène chaque fois qu'on le demande des plateaux de viande coupée très finement qu'on plonge dans le bouillon positionné sur une tableau à induction devant nous & on va avec une assiette se servir en produit très frais au buffet & qu'on plonge dans le bouillon également. Délicieux. Mon bouillon pimenté l'était vraiment, genre 1/2kg de piment secs à l'intérieur. Les bouillons des autres en revanche étaient un peu fade. N'hésitez pas à mettre votre serviette au coup car on en met partout.
WoW cet endroit est exceptionnel ! Nous adorons y aller. Plusieurs choix de bouillons & trois frigos rempli de divers aliment à ajouter à notre fondue, sous une formule de buffet à volonté. Il y avait également plusieurs sauces disponibles, quelques plats préparés & des desserts. Nous nous sommes régalés à un prix abordable. Le service est très bon: la serveuse nous a aidé à choisir notre bouillon & était très gentille & efficace. Ce resto est une valeur sure, nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner la prochaine fois.
We were there for dinner & opted in the premium option to get the upgraded meat selection. All three meats are incredible & also got the duck blood & fried tofu as well. Veggie station is clean & sauce station got great choices! Highly recommended!
Their happy hour special is super great! good selection of food & a really affordable price!! I wished they would refil the broth with base but There was only 1/2 waiters for the whole floor so it was a little slow but i honestly can't complain.
So surprised. The food is good , you get so many choices for the price . A lot of mushrooms variety. Service is fast . Decoration is just fade but you go there to eat . They have great home made noodles

Go for the addon with premium meat! No looking back! Dinner has more options than lunch. Go slow & enjoy every moment. Best not to take too much on first round, order those meats on menu, once they arrived, gauge what other you wanna savour! Wash it down it coke if it gets too greasy from the meat. Oh & the eclair taste yummy!
Pretty standard hotpot place. The most important thing for AYCE is how quickly they bring the meat, which is what the staff here do! The "hot" soup is not very spicy. Kind of watered down. I suggest taking the Butter hot soup with 3 chilli signs. Enjoyable experience overall.

Slow service for a not-very busy lunch. Food was good & the buffet was well stocked. Staff were helpful in providing child appropriate dishes & seating, but were otherwise hard to find or ask for refills on the meat.
Pas aimé l'expérience. Service très lent. Quasi ignoré une fois installé. Ça nous a pris trois fois avant d'obtenir une réponse. Par contre, efficace pour le paiement.
