Our first impression of the service was very disappointing. We had a group of six people, & five of us were already at the restaurant while the last person was only a few minutes away. We were told that we could not be seated until everyone had arrived.

Normally, this would be understandable if the restaurant was busy, but there were plenty of empty tables available at the time. It seemed unreasonable that five customers were required to continue waiting for such a short period despite the available seating.

I respect that restaurants have policies, but customer service should also involve some flexibility & common sense. In this case, the approach felt unnecessarily strict & left us feeling unwelcome before we had even sat down to eat.

Very disappointing dining experience.

When we were seated, the table had clearly not been cleaned properly. Instead of wiping it down, the staff simply placed new cutlery on the dirty table.

When ordering, our server seemed confused & unorganized. I even joked to my friend that she would probably get our order wrong-& unfortunately, she did. First, we were served a dish that we never ordered. After we pointed it out, only one of our actual dishes arrived, while the other was completely forgotten.

To make matters worse, throughout the meal, different servers kept bringing dishes to our table & asking if they belonged to us. It seemed like nobody knew which table had ordered what. The whole service felt chaotic & disorganized.

Mistakes can happen, but this level of confusion from start to finish made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I would not return.

Food was really delicious! The tofu seafood soup was the best. The portions were generous, & everything tasted very fresh. We had a great dining experience & would definitely come back!
