Went out of the way to Montreal just to eat here! Great place!!!
Great store, owner is a very hospitable & kind man. I think the store should start using Tortilla for their wrap/pita options besides pita bread. It'd go well with the Beef servings.
this was the best shawarma i've ever had. amazing service & delicious food!!!!!!
Excellent kebab ( la vérité j'ai pas encore goûté mais ça l'air insane )
There's been a burst of new Turkish restaurants in Montreal over the past year & I'm well on my way to trying them all. This one in particular may not be authentically Turkish-owned. Despite this, the food is not bad. Definitely hits the spot, but there were elements where the lack of authenticity showed. It just didn't compare to some of the other doners I've had at other restaurants. The hours here are great, especially considering the location. Great spot for a bite on an evening out on the St Laurent strip. Service was also great.
We chose this restaurant mainly because it was open late, which made it the most convenient option for us at the time.
We ordered doner, & I appreciated that the meat wasn't too greasy, which was a positive point. However, the sandwich bread didn't seem fresh, which was a bit disappointing.
Also, there were no condiments like sauces or salt on the tables, & I'm not sure if that was just because it was late at night or if it's always like that.
Overall, I think the food quality could be improved if they want to stay competitive.
The All Meat Donair I had was a definite highlight: packed with flavor, featuring tender, juicy meat, & a great balance of spices. Every bite was delicious & satisfying.
Beyond that specific dish, however, the overall experience was more average. While the service is quick, the general quality of food & service aren't the best. If you're walking around the area & just need a convenient bite, it will do the job. They offer decent food - just not exceptional - & it's not a great place to sit down & eat.
This is a new establishment, yet it has the potential to be a Montréal stable Waqas made us such good döner kebap that we almost creamed our pants, respectfully.
With all due respect though, the food is good & costs ~$13.5 with tax for one big solo kebap, nothing crazy special but good for satisfying any cravings!
It's the Best kebab I never had & the halal snap pack is amazing !!!!!!!
